We want you to try our service with complete confidence; that's why we have offered you our Special Performance Guarantee.
Ownersdirect.co.uk is dedicated to providing you with the best service possible. Therefore, if you are not happy with our service during your first period of advertising we will refund the full cost of your basic subscription. The purpose of this guarantee is to allow advertisers a low risk opportunity to try our service and experience our capability at delivering holiday rental enquiries.
Terms and Conditions of our Special Performance Guarantee
•Rental rates must be displayed for at least 1 year in advance
•Your calendar must be enabled and availability must be confirmed or updated at least once every 2 weeks
•Properties that receive at least 12 enquiry emails within the 12 month subscription, or 6 enquiry emails within the 6 month subscription, via Ownersdirect.co.uk (as displayed in your account) will not be eligible for a refund.
•Your property must be available for rent for at least 3/4 of the length of your subscription at the time of your advert going live.
•Your property must not be a timeshare
•Our guarantee is not valid if the property is sold during the subscription period or is leased on a long let basis for more than 1 month
•Notice must be given at least two weeks before the end of the period of subscription
•Refunds will be given at the end of the period of subscription
