Old farmhouse, beautifully located 100 meter from lake with free trout fishing and row boat. Other houses at the farm: barn, smithy with small museum and bee house. 30 acres fields and forests. Excellent for forest hiking, fishing and bathing in the summer and skiing in the winter. Beaver, elk and deer sighting. It is by a small lake at a peaceful place in the countryside, only 15 minutes from the coastal city of Arendal in the middle of Norway’s most popular summer vacation area. Excellent for couples and families with children. Huge outdoor area for playing - various playing tools/equioment for children.
