You are renting a lovely studio in a our garden, which has its own access. The studio comprises a double bedroom with queen size bed and en suite shower room and toilet. Plus a lovely sitting room with large sofa 32 inch flat screen TV with SKY HD and DVD player. It has its own coffee machine and a Bar fridge stocked with beer wine and cold drinks. The studio has a very pretty terrace where you can sit and have breakfast or an early evening drink. We will provide a full English breakfast or if prefer a simple continental breakfast with our own home made jams.

Location Information: Our B&B is very well situated in the Grey Lynn, Ponsonby area of Auckland. It is close to Mount Eden where a lot of the rugby is taking place for the World Cup. We are very close to Ponsonby Rd where a lot of great restaurants, bars and shops are. Very much the Nottinghill of Auckland.We have some very good bars and restaurants at the end of our street, so its very easy to pop out and enjoy and meal or just have drink. The local city beaches at Mission Bay are within easy reach. If you are into sailing Westhaven the is only 10 minutes away, as is the Viaduct, another great area right on the waterfront where a lot of the bars and activities for sailing and Rugby take place. Auckland has a great Zoo and plenty of outdoor activities for adults and children. Thanks to the World Cup there are lots of great new restaurants opening up down at the harbour. You are also only a 40 minute ferry ride from Waiheke Island with all its beautiful vineyards and beaches a wonderful day out.
