Electric heating is provided but seldom required as there is a temperate climate - almost daily sun and avg daily temp of 23 degrees.
An air conditioning unit is also provided but seldom required.
Accessibility
For people with mobility problems the ground floor is 160sq.m. internally with one bedroom (twin beds) plus TV room as well as salon/kitchen etc. It has direct access to the pool terrace of 200sq.m. So, there is a large area on one level.
Outside
The terraces are well equipped with seats and sun-loungers.
The pool is completely private - not shared.
There is a BBQ - perfect for sardines at lunchtime.
There is a charming garden surrounding the property- you can pick your own roses and vegetables!
A path takes you to the beach in 2 minutes.
Coast/Beach
The villa is right above an unspoilt beach - great for swimming, surfing and fishing. We provide rods and there is a beach path beside the house.
Travel
Catch a flight to Agadir airport and we are then a 2-hour drive south. You don't need a car in Sidi Ifni as you can walk everywhere - it's a small town. We can arrange for a local taxi to collect you for 50 euros.

Gulmim, 60km - visit the camel market
Fort Bou Jerif 70km - an old Spanish Legion fort out in the desert
Oasis of Termight, 70km - walk among the date palm groves
Bajal Pony Trekking 50km
Under The Stars restaurant, 40km - on a farm in the mountains
Further details
Swimming, surfing and fishing all year round in Sidi Ifni. Hill walking is easy from the villa with many paths into the foothills of the Anti-Atlas. Coastal treks can be arranged.

About the owner
Hello, I'm Peter and I moved here from London for all-year sun. Sidi Ifni is an intriguing place full of art-deco buildings, right on the edge of the Sahara. Now I spend my time writing, birdwatching, fishing and walking. It's called "the great escape!"

I designed and built the house with help from an architect friend. It's a special site which allows for uninterrupted coastal views.
Unique benefits of the property
This part of Morocco is unspoilt and the noise of the ocean is the only interruption. It's a quiet place - removed from the rest of the world - perfect for unwinding from a high-pressured job.
