Our riad has been rebuilt as the South Moroccan Kasbah with red mud walls. On the ground floor, you will find a typical Moroccan saloon near the small swimming pool where it is so good to refresh in the Summer. One of our rooms is on the ground floor near the swimming pool and the other 4 are on the first floor. You will enjoy our terrace with a Moroccan saloon and a wonderful view on the top of the Atlas mountains.

Booking and cancellation conditions: On the time of booking we ask for a 20% advance. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the advance is returned minus keeping the banking costs. Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: advance is keeped. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the all stay has to be paid.

About the owner
We are french-Moroccan couple. My husband, Said, is a Moroccan mountain guide. He loves his country and definitely likes to explain how Moroccan. And if you want to see a little more of Morocco and discover Moroccan from out of the city, take a day to go with him in the mountains which are very closed. I'm a french girl and I went for the first time in Moroccan 15 years ago. During this trip, I really fall in love with this country and its inhabitants so generous. 10 years after my first trip, I decided to live in Morocco for 2 main reasons. The first one wad because I met Said in the mountains, very romantic, isn't it ? And the second one is that I always feel at home here. We both love to share our love for this country! So come to visit us!

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
In 2006 when I come to live in Morocci I was looking for a job which allows me to share my love for Morocco.
So I naturally though about buying a house a welcome visitors. We spent few months to visit lots of riad and one day, we enter in Riad Azenzer. By passing the door, we just knew that we found our house. The riad is built in a very traditional way with mud walls. The decoration is simple and remind us the South Morocco.
And the last point is that we are IN Marrakech. That means that the house is in a very popular area where you meet Moroccan people. After the first minutes, often very hard, you get used of this colours, smells and smiles! Just one thing : come only if you want to discover the real Marrakech, the Marrakech made for Moroccan people.
