The villa retreat consists of one large main villa (sleeps 6) and a separate luxury pavilion (sleeps 4) with double bedroom and large en-suites and walk in wet rooms.
"The Villa was absolutely fantastic, it’s kept in a really good condition and Hadija / Aziz were really helpful during our stay. I think your pictures on the website don’t really show the size and great condition of the Villa, you might be underselling the potential!

Accessibility
The villa retreat is perfect for wheelchair users as all but one of the rooms are on the ground floor.
Outside
The villa has a private infinity pool (14 x 8m) and a pool gazebo. There is a patio several terraces for dining and relaxing and the whole residence is set in an acre of beautiful established gardens. There are two sumptuous hammocks, several iron loungers and numerous chairs and seats.
Coast/Beach
Beach is 2 hours drive to Agadir or Essaouria. Casablanca is also 2 hours drive.
Golf
There are three superb golf courses nearby; the Royal Marrakesh Golf Course is just twenty minutes away.
Skiing
Skiing is possible, the mountains are about 30 miles away.

The nearest airport is Menara Marrakesh which is just 15 minutes, prices include airport transfers. The villa management offers all guests a private driver/car from just £50 per day.
Distances
All this lovely sunshine is just 3 hours from the UK!! The villa is just 8 miles from Marrakesh, the Medina, the airport and Gueliz shopping. A brand new Carrefour has opened as part of a massive modern shopping mall full of high street stores, restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques just 10 mins from the villa! Sir Richard Branson has his hotel and restaurant nearby and is seen in the photo greeting Kobba Villa guests.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
There are celebrities living in the villas nearby! As soon as we saw the Kobba Villa we had to buy it! We were looking for a villa in this part of Morocco and this one ticked all our boxes. It's private, secluded, safe and beautiful. It was the 'show home' and was available to buy complete with its wonderful furnishings, a fully fitted kitchen and accessories. The Kobba Villa is ideal because it's far enough away from the vibrant city of Marrakech / medina to be peaceful and relaxing, yet near enough to be able pop into the city centre in only 15 minutes. It's also near to the fab Beldi Spa, the Marrakech Royal Golf Course, it's only 15 mins from the airport, the amazing Atlas Mountains are in view, there are some great restaurants around the area and the people are great!
