The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you all you need to make you own cooking, have a Samsung Fridge Freezer, LG Washing Machine, 80cm 5 Stove cooker / oven, ventilation is superb the hood will offer high speed extraction to the out side plus ceiling mounted Extractor, the spot lighting offers you excellent vision. The bath room have is fully equipped with shower, they are 6 hand towels and 6 Bath towels, hot water is operated by instant Gas boiler. The living room offers you a Moroccan Seating are for 6 and 2 large sofa beds can seat 6 persons and sleeps 4. Swimming pool is not in building they are more than 2 communal pools near by. Smoking is only allowed in balcony area for health issue and the interest of other renters. Meeting point of arrival and departure is at the apartment. Deposit payment can be accepted in Local MAD / Euro / Sterling. Any rent or extra rent payment will only be accepted in Sterling or Euro local currency is not accepted.
Booking notes
Flexible terms of changeover of booking is subject to availability and advanced notice of 7 days from the day of booking, all bookings are subject to 30% deposit paid in advance by using Pay pal or bank transfer. Bookings which are made late or do not meet the 21 days should be made in full, any cancellation must be made with in 7 days of the booking otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. Booking cancellations will occur 3.5% surcharge of Paypal & Bank Charges if applic.
