Five minutes walk from the newly opened La Renaissance restaurant with its Skybar offering panoramic views of Marrakech.

Prices are based on 2 person occupancy per week in UK Pounds. £50 supplement per extra person per week or part thereof.
Minimum stay: 3/4 nights at £160 (special offer of £125 on any three nights remaining free between booked periods).
Airport transfers, laundry and cleaning (45 euros) payable to the local agent on arrival. Please send a fully refundable cheque for £100 against breakages with final balance.

Notes on accommodation
There is air-conditioning, a combination lock safe, a standard fan and heating. The appartment's 2 rooms cover an area of 54m square with a balcony running the width of the flat. The balcony faces south west and gets a lot of sun in summer, with a fair deal in winter. Views of setting sun behind Guelize hills.
Accessibility
Easy access from street level. A lift takes you to the third floor. Inside there are 3 steps up to the appartment entrance.
Outside
Please note that the pool is in the gardens of the 4-star Hotel Diwane (100m along a quiet street), a day pass costs 100 dirhams (10 euro) per person and includes loungers and towels and sun umbrella. The appartment's balcony has a child-safe wall and wrought iron railing. There us an oblong Moroccan zelige inlaid table and wrought iron chairs, a small round zelige table with teak chairs among large balcony plants of bamboo, ficus and flowering oleander. Secured free off-road parking is under the building.

A new aquapark Oasiria has 'brought the sea to Marrakesh', waves and all! Our reliable friendly multi-lingual agent Abdel offers significant discounts for Residence Nadia guests on individual tours or car rentals. Visit Yves St Laurent's delightful Majorelle Garden 20 mins walk from the flat.
The unique town of Essaouira is 170km away on the Atlantic coast. Ask us about individual excursions in the Atlas mountains at discounted prices with our local agent.

Travel
The charge for airport transfers, cleaning and linen is 500 Dirhams (also payable as 45 euros) to be paid at key handover. Our English & French speaking agent will meet you at Marrakech airport. You can change money any day at the airport or withdraw cash using a debit/credit card. At the end of your holiday you will hand the keys over to our local agent who picks you up and drives you back to the airport.
Distances
The dramatic snow capped High Atlas Mountains, visible on clear days from Marrakech, are within easy reach for days excursions with its villages untouched by time. Ask about discounted personalised visits for Residence Nadia guests.

In this upmarket area of Marrakech, banks, little souks, haute cuisine restaurants (four in our street) traditional Morrocan restaurants, cheap eateries, pizzerias and bars abound. Have traditional Morrocan pancakes for breakfast a stroll across the street in the Petit Riad.The well stocked French-style supermarket Acima (10 mins walk) sells fresh fruit and veg, alcohol, Moroccan patisserie, spices etc. Marrakech’s best nightlife is right here in Gueliz. with its chic Monte Christo nightclub and restaurant (live blues and jazz music) and the newly opened La Rennaissance Skybar for th highest view over the city. Check out the small souks and artisan shops in Gueliz but go to the Medina (5 mins in taxi) for a wider range. The Hotel Diwane's tiny shop sells Morrocan leather, ceramics, mirrors, metal work etc. at fixed prices often cheaper than the medina souk. Beside the flat is one of Marrakesh's best new French restaurants (l'Annexe) at v reasonable prices and 100 yards away is the much awaited newly opened Libzar restaurant. Yves St Laurent's delightful Majorelle Gardens is up the road and the perfect place to cool off and drink mint tea.

When we receive your booking request, the flat will be held for 4 days pending receipt of your non-refundable deposit (50% rental). If your holiday is less than 8 weeks of your booking we ask for full payment. Please pay initial deposit as a UK cheque (or foreign transfers by arangement). The balance to be paid subsequently. £100 refundable deposit against breakages. 500 dirhams (45 euros) payable on arrival to our agent for cleaning, laundry and transfer to and from Marrakech airport.
