Prices are for 2 persons for the property per week in UK pounds. Please add £30 per extra person per week (up to 4 persons in total).
A minimum stay of 3 nights is possible at £125. Discounts are available for long lets (more than 30 days). 45 euros for airport transfers, laundry and cleaning per week payable to management company on arrival. Please send a refundable cheque for £50 against breakages and a stamped self addressed envelope with final balance.

There is air conditioning and heating. The flat's two rooms covers an area of 54m square with additional balcony running the width of the flat.

Please note that the pool is in the gardens of the 4* star Hotel Diwane (100m along a quiet street), a day pass costs 10 euros (£6.75) per person and includes loungers and towels.
The flat's balcony has a child safe wrought iron railing. There is a lift to the 3rd floor and 4 steps up to the flat's front door. Secure off road parking under the building.

Coast/Beach
A new aquapark has 'brought the sea to Marrakesh'!
Shared 'grands taxis' can take you on excursions to the dam for swimming and walking.
Visit Yves St Laurent's delightful Majorelle Garden 20 mins walk from the flat.
The delightful town of Essaouira is 170km away on the Atlantic coast; air conditioned day excursion buses leave from the Hotel Diwane (100m along the street).

Golf
Three excellent city golf courses (nearest 10 mins drive).

Travel
The charge for airport transfers, maid service and linen is 500 Dirhams (also payable as 45 euros) to be paid at key handover. our agents Samia or Mohammad holding a 'NBIA' sign will meet you at Marrakesh airport. You can change money any day at the airport or withdraw cash using a debit/credit card. At the end of your holiday you will be driven back to the airport.

Distances
Essaouira (170km), said to be the most delightful town in Morocco is an ex-Portuguese fortress town on the Atlantic coast, famous for its fresh sea food cuisine, art festival, jazz festival. The dramatic snow capped High Atlas Mountains, visible on clear days from Marrakech, is within easy reach for days excursions with its villages untouched by time.

Further details
In this upmarket area of Marrakesh banks, haute cuisine restaurants, cheap eateries, pizzerias and bars abound. The well stocked French-style supermarket Acima (10 mins walk) sells fresh fruit and veg, alcohol, Moroccan patisserie, spices etc. Marrakech’s best nightlife is right here in Gueliz. Check out the small souks and artisan shops in Gueliz but go to the Medina (5 mins in taxi) for a wider range. The Hotel Diwane's tiny shop sells Morrocan leather, ceramics, mirrors, metal work etc. at prices often cheaper than the medina souk. Beside the flat is Luna Gallery an oasis of art and objects d'art to buy or simply admire. Yves St Laurent's delightful Majorelle Gardens is up the road.

Booking notes
When we receive your booking request, the flat will be held for 4 days pending receipt of your non-refundable deposit (50% rental). Please pay initial deposit as cheque. Balance to be paid subsequently, as soon as possible before holiday. No deposit is taken against breakages but 500 dirhams (45 euros) payable on arrival to English speaking agent for cleaning and transfer to and from Marrakech airport. He or she will be available to arrange doctors, tours or anything else you might need.
