A beautiful and highly individual private riad hidden in an ancient alleyway of the Mouassine area of the Medina, close to Bab El Ksour (Gate of the Palaces), a 2 minute walk to the famous square Place Jemel El Fna. A quiet calm haven that has been renovated with passion and approved by UNESCO. Centred around a peaceful interior patio, the riad offers 2 sitting rooms, dinning room, 4 double bedrooms, hamman, beauty/massage room, pool, satellite TV, wifi internet connection, a sun terrace complete with orange, lemon and olive trees which offers panoramic views of the Medina and the snow capped Atlas Mountains. You can rent a room or the entire Riad exclusively. Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner are available on request by the permanent cook. The riad has been featured in the book 'Living on the edge of the desert' by Massimo Listri. The riad is run by an English-speaking team who also speak French and Arabic.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property for 2 persons per night bed and breakfast. The exclusive occupation of the riad (no other client). Moroccan breakfast. Daily cleaning by Behja our Moroccan housekeeper. Linen and towels provided. Abdellai lives at the house and is on hand to take care of all your needs during your stay.

Fantastic traditional meals can be made by Behja the housekeeper and are paid locally.

2 hours drive to the beautiful white town beach resort of Essaouria.

Three superb golf courses within 15 minutes drive away. The Royal Golf. The Amelkys Golf and the Palmeraie Golf. A driver can be arranged to get you there and to pick you up.
Skiing
This is possible in the Atlas Mountains.
Special interest holidays
Heart of the Medina of Marrakech. Souk, shopping and sightseeing within few minutes walking. Cookery lessons on request by Behja the housekeeper. Trips for one day to Essaouria or Atlas Mountains.

Marrakech airport is 10 minutes drive. We can arrange pick up.

There is a large hypermarket where you can purchase all your groceries about 10 minutes drive away or Abdellai and Behja can go food shopping for you. We can advise you of many fine restaurants near.
Booking notes
Deposit of 50% of total accommodation cost required to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations received with 30 days of arrival require payment in full.
