This apartment is situated in Taghazout, a berber fishing village 17km north of Agadir. Airport is 40 minutes away. Ideal area for visiting parts of the south of Morocco. Buses and taxis are freely available. Many surf breaks in the area and very close to the foot hills of the Atlas Mountains. Marrakesh is a 3 hour drive away and there are golf courses in Agadir and fishing and riding opportunities in the area. There are many restaurants in the village and a small massage centre where they use various oils including argan. The area is situated in a ‘micro climate’ where the temperature never gets either too hot or too cold. The owner is a retired Irish dairy farmer lives in the apartment underneath and is only to happy to give advice when required. We are in a position to meet you at Agadir airport and bring you to the apartment with our Toyota Land cruiser.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Prices indicated here are only a guide and do depend on many factors. When enquiring please mention number of people and whether you have stayed with us before. High season is all of august and Xmas New Year period. Low season is may to July and September. May consider more than 6 persons.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Where possible we allow clients to stay in appt on day of departure until they leave for airport.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed (can be en-suite). Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Sleeping accommodation for 4 more persons in the salon (see photo) on the Moroccan settees. Sheets are provided. There is flexibility with numbers staying. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has bidet, shower, bath, hand basin and toilet (this bathroom can if so wish be used as en-suite to the double bedroom). Towels are provided. Bathroom 2 has shower, bidet, hand basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Spacious kitchen has a washing machine, 4 ring gas cooker, electric kettle, Kenwood mixer, coffee maker and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a lounge with TV and CD, player I suggest always good to bring your own music eg MP3 (we can provide connection if necessary). |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided. We usually do not clean apartment once clients move in however, if they wish for a cleaning or washing service it can be provided at a small charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for young children. Neither heating or air conditioning has ever been needed. The rooms other than the toilets and bathrooms are open plan with full unobstructed view of the sea. The salon can sleep 4 also suitable to dine in.

Accessibility
Sorry it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. 2 flights of stairs from appartment up to the road, and 2 more flights of stairs from appartment to beach.
Outside
The balcony is large and can easily accommodate 8 persons for dinner. Weather is nearly always suitable for dining out winter and summer.
Coast/Beach
You have a perfect sandy beach and the Atlantic outside your door - parasols and beds can be provided.
Golf
20km from golf courses in Agadir.
Special interest holidays
The area is famous for its surf spots that work from September to May. The appt is in fact on Hash Point, and the world famous "Ankors" can be seen breaking from the balcony.
We can provide a surf instructor in the winter. We also organise yoga sessions.
Travel
We are in a position to meet you at Agadir airport and bring you to the apartment with our Toyota Land cruiser.
Agadir airport is about 30km away We recommend meeting you at the airport cost 35 euros. Car hire is not essential but would enhance your holiday.
