There are only 3 steps from the driveway to the house entrance. Two bedrooms on the ground floor as well as living area and kitchen. Potentially suitable for wheelchair users.

50 metres from the Atlantic sea with miles of unspoilt beaches, ideal for surfing and fishing.
Travel
The beach property is close to the town of Aglou on the Atlantic Ocean. 90km south of Agadir international airport. A hire car is essential and can be arranged to be delivered to the villa.
Distances
The town of Tiznit is 10km away from the complex. Banks, shops, souk, doctors, hospitals, private clinic, restaurants are all located within the town of Tiznit. 30km from the complex is the small town of Mirlift where local culture has to be seen and experienced.
Further details
The beaches of Aglou are outstanding for surfing. The town of Tiznit is steeped in Moroccan history and is beautiful in its design and culture. Berbers of Tiznit are known for their warm and friendly hospitality.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I fell in love with the site when I visited it for the first time when there was only a show house. A house on the Atlantic, front line with large expanses of unspoilt beaches. An idyllic spot which remains relatively unspoilt. The house is extremely well built and well maintained by the couple who built the complex who have their own home on site.
Unique benefits of the property
Peace and quiet apart from the sound of the ocean. Wonderful walks along the beach. Private infinity pool.
