Each bedroom has it's own air-conditioning/Heating unit and chest of draws and built in wardrobes.

While second bathroom has only WC.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and all necessary cutlery.
Living Rooms: Lounge with Moroccan seating area, a dinning area, a Shisha area for Shish lovers and a rest area.
Other: Two balconies. Front balcony overlooking atlas mountains and kitchen balcony overlooking neighbours.

Clean towels and linen are provided. Daily maid service is available, where all the rooms are cleaned daily. All meals catered and prepared for you if you choose, at no extra cost, pay only for the food. the maid will take care of your washing and ironing

Golf
Very close to Marrakech Golf Club 10 minutes by taxi. Several other golf clubs are available in the area.

Skiing
Skiing resort is about an hour drive away to the Atlas Mountains. The facilities are of standard type not to expect too much.

Travel
It's about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Taxi fare is around 100 Dirhams no more. A pick up arrangement can be made. But you can catch the bus for 20 Dirhams and take you close to the apartment with 5 minute walk.

Distances
Casablanca 2 hours by car or 4 hours 3 hours by train. Essaouira is 3 hours by car. A visit to the Sahara is an overnight trip. Be in the mountains in 45 minutes by car.

Booking notes
For all your bookings and reservations, please follow these guidelines: 50% down payment of the total amount is required when making a reservation (Non-Refundable). The remainder of the amount should be received at least one week before your arrival. Deposit - £400 which will be refunded back to your account within 3 days of your departure provided nothing has been damaged.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I love the location, very vibrant area yet very secluded road. Walking distance to all top restaurants and shops.

Unique benefits of the property
This was initially bought for investment, however, after decorating the apartment to high standards it became like a home away from home. The daily maid service has brought even more of a relaxation and enjoyment to being here. Daily breakfast, ironing service, and proper Marrakech cook when ever I request. Eating out is also a must, to appreciate the atmosphere while eating.
