In the south of Charente Maritime, near Montguyon, about an hour from the coast, Bordeaux, Cognac and the Dordogne. Plenty of activities close by. Just 5 minutes away by car (30 minutes walk) is a lake with sandy beach, boating, swimming and a cafe. St. Emilion is about 40 minutes away.
