Only a short stroll away is Slovenska Plaza and the beach, leading to the Old Town, with its large variety of fashionable restaurants, cafes and shops, combined with some of the best night life in Budva. Budva is the metroplis of Montenegro tourism thanks to the great number of beaches that make this a most desirable destination. Apart from its natural beauty, its bay islands and beaches, Budva is rich in historic monuments. The apartment provides an ideal base to explore the magnificent scenery and views of montenegro. The medieval walled old town of Kotor is only a 20 mins drive away through the new tunnel.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday But this can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
No parking problems. Just a short walk to Slovenska plaza and beach and onto Budva Old Town. A car is recommended to explore and view all the amazing scenery of this beautiful country.
Accessibility
Access through large front door, and 3 flights of stairs, with automatic lighting, unfortunatly there are no lifts in the building.
Outside
South facing corner balcony with wonderful sea and mountian views. The balcony has a wicker table with chairs and space to hang wet swimwear to dry in the sunshine.
Coast/Beach
Slovenska plaza beach is approx 400 metres away and is a well equipped sports area for all ball games. There are tennis courts, and fun for water sport enthusiasts. Becici sandy beach is 1km approx south along a beautiful coastal path. The Budva coast is 21 km long with 17 beaches. it is among the most beautiful coasts in the world and its beauty will not leave you indifferent. Mt Lovcen is a beautiful mountainous area with the worlds highest mausoleum, at the summit.
Travel
International airports, Tivat 20 mins Podgorica 50 mins and Dubrovnik airport in Croatia is 90 mins away by car with beautiful views along the journey. We would recommend car hire to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery.
Distances
The Medeval Old Town with its boutique style shops, cafe bars and restaurants are 1km away approx along Slovenska Plazza, which is lined with stalls selling almost everything you could wish for. Banks and the post office is near to this area. Walking through to the other side of the old town there is a scenic, beautiful coastal path leading to a quiet beach and restaurant. Remember to take your camera with you to capture the magnificant views.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking (non refundable). The balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before travel. A refundable deposit of 150 euros is required to cover breakages. Paid and refunded locally.
