Newly renovated, traditional Venetian style, old stone house with stunning views from all windows and terraces of the Boka Kotorska Fjord. These views include the 2 famous islands St.George and Our Lady of the Rock. It is on the hillside with front access from the village and has its own parking at the rear. The house has retained its traditional features including a Konoba room which has been made into a beautiful dining room and the old stone well on the first floor. Has a private balcony on the top floor from one of the bedrooms, a lovely spot to survey village life. Perast itself has been described as the "Jewel in the Crown" of the Montenegrin coast. It is full of history, old palaces, churches and villas from the seafaring days of the Venetian Republic when it was the home of wealthy merchants. Perast is only a short drive from the medieval town of Kotor with its shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife, 20 minutes from Budva and Herceg Novi and only an hour from Dubrovnik.
