Spacious and airy waterfront apartment, with shared terrace, affording magnificent views across Kotor bay. Perast is situated 12km west from Kotor and represents the best preserved baroque area in the Adriatic. Reputed as Montenegro's Jewel in the Crown this small town attracts artists, poets and those who are simply looking to get away from it all. There is a small beach within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Should anyone require a long winter let I will be happy to negotiate a fee for this.
Changeover day
Saturday, but please enquire because alternative day may be possible depending on amount of availablity.

| Kitchen: | Well equipped modern kitchen with gas/electric cooker, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster etc. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | Sea views from all aspects, double sofa bed, armchair; coffee table, TV, CD/radio, storage. Dining area with cast iron and glass dining table and 4 matching chairs. |
| Other: | Entrance hall with mirror, boot and coat storage. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linens supplied, with the exception of beach towels. Apartment cleaned weekly and managed by local agent. You will be met by the agent at a pre-arranged location and they will familiarise you with the apartment. Optional extras also available. |
Notes on accommodation
The owner regrets that this apartment may only be let to couples or 2 single adults. There is ample linen for the sofa bed should 2 single people wish to rent the apartment. Because of the proximity to the water it is not suitable for children.

Coast/Beach
30 seconds to the waterfront and little harbour. During the summer months the small beach bar opens, this is 5 mins walk from the apartment. The large tourist beaches can be found within 30-45 mins drive from Perast... heading towards the developed areas of Montenegro such as Budva/Tivat
Travel
Dubrovnik airport 1 hour drive (40 miles). Tivat airport 30 mins drive (16 miles). Ferry crossing from Bari in Italy to Bar in Southern Montenegro. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Kotor Old Town is 15 mins away by road. There is a local bus services that connects Perast with Kotor and many of the little coastal villages. This runs approx every 20 mins during the summer months. Outside the apartment it is possible to take boat trips across to the islands.
Further details
Perast has a village store where most essential items can be purchased. It stocks fresh bread, fruit, yogurts etc. There is also a Post Office, and several restaurants, bars and cafes. The locals are lively and friendly, wining and dining is very cheap in comparison to the rest of Europe. Larger supermarkets can be found 'en route' to Kotor. The old walled town of Kotor, which prohibits access to vehicles, houses Banks, Churches, shops, an abundance of restaurants and street cafes, internet cafe and tour operators. Boat trips can be taken from the Marina which is situated just outside the Old Town. Skadar lake, one of Europe's largest which stretches down into Albania, is approx 90 mins drive away and is well worth a visit... there are some wonderful places to explore en route. Little villages off the beaten track. It is a land of much beauty and diversity... well worth the venture.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required with booking. Balance payable 2 months prior to departure. A meet and greet service is included in the rental cost and upon arrival a refundable deposit of £100 to cover loss of keys, breakages etc. will be collected by the agent and refunded to you on departure.
