Changeover day
We would like guests to leave by 12:00noon on change over days, however we may be flexible if there is not a new occupant on that day so please ask if you have any queries.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is located on the hillside above the Old Town, there are around 200 steps on the walk up to the apartment, however direct access is available from the road via 2 flights of stairs.

Coast/Beach
Budva Old Town is 10 min walk at a very easy pace as are the local beaches.

Travel
You can fly to Tivat, 20 mins by car, or Podgorica, 1 hour by car in Montengro, Alternatively Dubrovnik is only 1 hr 40 mins by car along the beautiful Montenegran coastline, including a great little ferry trip accross the Fjord (approx 3 Euros 50).

Distances
Budva Old Town is 10 min walk at a very easy pace as are the local beaches. Sveti Stefan is 10 mins by car. Kotor is around 30 mins by car and Podgorica around an hour.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 2 weeks before your stay.
A €100 refunadable security deposit is payable at time of stay which will be returned at the time of leave.
