Notes on accommodation
No swimming pool is needed as the sea is so close that it can be used whenever required.
Unlike many other properties in the area which require hiking up a hill for access, this accommodation is entirely on the ground floor at road level.
Sea-terrace 'ponta' has mooring facilities for small boats.

Outside
Outside terrace area can be used for private parking, BBQ, dining etc. This is sheltered and is a 'sun trap'. There is additional parking to the rear of the property and across the road at the sea edge. Apartment is west facing and gets direct sunlight from 10am approx right through to a beautiful sunset into the sea right opposite the apartment.
Coast/Beach
Access to the sea is immediate. In addition some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Europe are within 15-30 minutes drive to the South.
Travel
Approx 1.5 hours straight drive from Dubrovnik International airport. Also just 45 minutes from Tivat International airport.
Access is via hired car or taxi from Dubrovnik then use local taxis to get around (very cheap).
Distances
Just 10 minutes drive from the lovely walled city of Kotor. The nightlife here is great and inside the city walls is a pedestrianised area, so no roaring of cars and motorcycles during the Summer months.
Further details
Local supermarket is a few minutes walk to the South. All required shopping can be purchased here including freshly baked bread, wine, beer etc.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Villa Bojana, in Ljuta, near Kotor in Montenegro. I would recommend the apartment to anyone! The apartment was very nicely decorated, very clean, very convenient and very comfortable, and the information supplied was very useful - we couldnt have asked for more. The weather on our trip happened to change suddenly from hot to cold (an unusual event for early September), but no problem - the air conditioning in the appartment ensured we were never too hot or too cold. We didnt find ourselves short of anything we needed, the fridge did a great job, and the shower never ran cold.
The views from the apartment are stunning, and the sea is just across the road - suitable for swimming with shallow, safe areas (and the sheltered bay keeps the waves low), as well as deeper places suitable for diving or fishing. We went snorkelling, and the fish around your feet are just amazing!
