Outside
35ft front balcony with sea view, table and chairs, this is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. Back balcony with mountain views.
Coast/Beach
1 minute walk to the sea. There are numerous beaches along the coast in both directions, there is something to suit everyone. The sea is calm and suitable for swimming, diving, fishing and sailing.
Travel
Tivat - 20 minutes drive. You can either get a bus to Prcanj or a taxi. Dubrovnik - 90 minutes drive (inc a 5 min ferry journey across the entrance to the Boka Kotorska). There are plenty of taxis at the airport or it is possible to catch a bus.
Distances
4km to Kotor a beautiful walled city with several squares and lots of restaurants. Bus stop 20m from apartment, or it is a lovely walk. 15km to Lovcen National Park, a stunning mountain park including national monuments. 30km to Heceg Novi or Budva. Also within driving distance are Petrovac a family friendly beach resort with an old harbour and the iconic Sveti-Stefan island hotel and the ancient mointain capital Cetinje.

70 metres from closest bar and shop which has all you need to make a meal. 5 minutes walk to the closest restaurant. 10m walk to Hotel Splendido with public waterside bar and restaurant. 10 minutes walk to a bakery open from 6am. Kotor has many restaurants and bars, the main square is wonderful for enjoying a glass of vranac and people watching. Also in Kotor there is a daily market just outside the walls There are several banks with ATM's in Kotor. Several boats run daily from Kotor to local places of interest including Budva. Car and bike hire available in Kotor.
