Top floor apartment 50m2 on the 4th floor of a recently built apartment block. Air-conditioning which also acts as a heater.
Free car park in front of apartment block.

Coast/Beach
Beaches ideal for swimming. 300m walk to Petrovac beach (600m long). A 12 minute walk brings you to the quieter Lucice beach (200m long). Taxi boats from the harbour take you to neighbouring beaches such as Sveti Stefan and Budva. Petrovac is ideal for snorkeling. There are also clifftop walks to local monasteries.

Further details
Petrovac is a charming seaside resort. Once an old fishing village, the old stone buildings which line the beach promenade are now cafebars, restaurants and shops amongst trees and scented flowers. The old Venetian fortress at the harbour is now a nightclub. From the beach and the apartment the two islets in the bay can be seen. One crowned with a chapel built by shipwrecked fishermen.
Petrovac is ideally located for exploring the rest of the coastline via the coastal road, and the lakes & mountains of the interior via the Petrovac mountain road or the new Sozina tunnel.

Excursions can be booked at the agent on the ground floor of the apartment block to many of the above including rafting daytrips on the Tara. Alternatively explore yourself by hiring car through the agent or catch buses (cheap) from local station - 3 minutes walk from apartment.
Nearby resorts are easily accessible by car, taxi(expensive), bus or boat (petrovac harbour). Such as Budva and Sutomore which have a vibrant nightlife & activities such as jet ski & bungee jumping. There are many beautiful beaches like the Queens beach & Veliki Plaza (12km of white sand near Ulcinj). Petrovac is one of the most beautiful and enchanting resorts in Montenegro. It has great beaches, historic buildings, restaurants/bars/cafes, walks/views. Ideal for families and couples. Great base for exploring the rest of the coast, Skadar Lake and Tara Canyon.

The main benefits of this apartment are:
1/ the view from the balcony. It has to be one of the best private, panoramic and unobstructed views of the bay and islands in Petrovac.
2/ the location 3 minutes stroll to the beach, 2 minutes to small supermarket/bank/ATM/shops/taxi/bus. No steep climbs like many of the apartments.
3/ Our friendly, professional and english speaking travel agents in the adjacent building who can arrange transfers/ excursions/ hire cars/ taxis etc and sort out any problems you have during your stay.
