The accommodation is fully equipped and finished to a high specification, with Italian bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a dining room and sitting room which opens to a veranda. This is a family apartment where you are guaranteed to feel at home. This apartment is conveniently located in close proximity of the old town. The beach is only a short walk, as is a promenade of restaurants, bars, and shops. Set at the entrance to Boka Bay (one of the top 10 most beautiful Fjords in the world), Herceg Novi is a medieval town dating back to the 1300s. Sahat Kula (1667), Kanli Kula (1483), Fortress Spanjola (1538) and Fortress Forte Mare (1687) are only a few of the numerous historical buildings in the area in walking distance. Perfect holiday spot for families; the location in Old Town means a car is not required to enjoy the cultural highlights of the area, although there is quick and easy road access to Kotor, Dubrovnik, Trebinje and the rest of the country as required.

Herceg Novi is serviced by Dubrovnik airport in Croatia and Tivat airport in Montenegro, both of which are at 30km distance. Car is not essential as Herceg Novi has a lot to offer within, including bus services to Kotor, Dubrovnik etc. However, car would be desirable if you wish to have more small excursions into the mountains and generaly around the bay.

This apartment is conveniently located near the heart of the old town and only 3 minutes walking from the centre. The beach is 10min walk away, as is a promende of restaurants, bars and shops. Setaliste Pet Danica is a long walk along the beach streaching 7km in either direction from the apartment.

Full of thick greenery, Herceg Novi hides numerous species of tropical and sub tropical flowers. Famous for its abundance of mimosa trees, Herceg Novi becomes scented with the subtle fragrance of this yellow flower in January and February, when the town celebrates the Mimosa Festival. Vibrant with bars and restaurants, rich in culture, and looking out over beautiful, clean blue sea, Herceg Novi has numerous beaches to relax on, and sunny days all year round (260 days), making it a perfect location for your holiday. From here you can easily explore the neighbouring fortified ancient cities such as Kotor or Dubrovnik. You can also explore other Boka Bay locations, the Montenegro Riviera as well the famous 'Black Mountains' themselves. This location offers perfect harmony, both relaxation on the beaches and a convenient point of departure to explore the rest of beautiful, unspoilt Montenegro!
