Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the apartment per week based on 4 people sharing. Guests 5/6 will be charged £45 per week per guest. The price also includes a welcome pack for your arrival and consists of tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, mineral water and a bottle of wine (to really give your holiday a kick-start). Weekend and short breaks - contact us for prices and availability.
Changeover day
Preferably Saturday but we can be flexible. Check in not before 4pm and check out by 11am, once again we can be flexible.

A nicely appointed, well equipped space, with the kitchen designed in an ‘L’ shape around the dining table and chairs. Includes twin built-in electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and crockery. |
| Living Rooms: |
The generous size of this area, allows the inclusion of two large sofas (one is a double sofa bed), cable TV and occasional tables. Built-in air conditioning ensures the apartment remains a pleasant temperature all year round. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels (but not beach towels) and linen are provided. These are changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for families or couples. It is equipped with one air-conditioning unit in the living area. Located on the 4th Floor, there is no lift. The apartment is non-smoking. A local English speaking agent is available to assist if required.

Outside
Commanding glorious views to the Adriatic Sea, and bathed in Mediterranean sunshine all through the day, the terrace is fully equipped with table, chairs and a parasol. Private and not overlooked on 3 sides, it provides the perfect space to enjoy an al-fresco breakfast, a mid-day siesta or a relaxing drink on a balmy evening.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk from the apartment brings you to one of the best beaches in Montenegro. A beautiful long stretch of sand/shingle and calm crystal clear sea.
Travel
The apartment is easily accessible from international airports at Tivat (30 mins drive) and Dubrovnik (about 1.5hrs drive including ferry across the Kotor bay). British Airways has daily flights to Dubrovnik from Gatwick and Heathrow ba.com. Car hire is not essential but if you wish to explore Montenegro then it is recommended. Transfers to/from the airports can be arranged.
Distances
Budva (3km) - with many bars and restaurants. Sveti Stefan (4km) – Picture postcard island. Kotor (25km) - with a medieval walled city - UNESCO World Heritage site. Skadar Lake (25km) - one of the largest lakes in Europe with 40 different kinds of fish and many bird species.
Further details
The mountains of Montenegro - The mountains offer a diverse range of activities, including high altitude skiing, white water rafting, mountaineering and hill walking. Well worth a visit is Tara Canyon - the second largest in the world, the Tara is Montenegro's longest river offering not only spectacular scenery and historical monuments, but exceptional white water rafting. Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 6 weeks before your stay. A €150 refundable security deposit is payable to the local agent on arrival to cover any material damage. Directions and contact details of the local agent will be supplied once the balance has been received.
