Its two good sized terraces allow guests to make the most of the spectacular views over the Bay of Rafailovici and out to the Adriatic. Enjoy phenomenal sunsets from the balcony! Within easy access of shops and restaurants, it is located close to the main bus route along the coast for those not wishing to drive. Guests can reach three popular beaches within two minutes walk from the apartment. In the high season a small train runs to Budva from Rafailovici and passenger boats trips to Budva and Sveti Stefan regularly throughout the day. The apartment is located on the third floor and has no wheelchair access.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros and UK Pounds. Prices are based on 4 sharing. For additional guests 50 Euros /week per guest (£35 GBP/week) will be charged. Discounts for stays of two weeks or more available on request.
Changeover day
Changeover days are usually Saturdays, but some flexibility is possible. Access to the property is usually after 4pm on day of arrival. Guests are required to vacate the apartment by 10am on their day of departure.

Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) is furnished with a large double bed and leads out to its own balcony. Bedroom 2 located towards the rear, with own balcony, can be a double or two singles. Double sofabed located in the lounge. |

Brand new fitted Italian kitchen is equipped with oven with hob and extractor fan, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. |

Spacious open-plan living room dining area leads onto large balcony equipped with metal table, chairs and BBQ. The lounge offers comfortable, large sofas (one converts to a double bed), cable TV with DVD player and CD/radio player. |

Towels (not beach towels) and bed linen are included and will be changed on a once weekly basis. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at additional charge to the tenant. |

The apartment is suitable for families with children. It is equipped with one air conditioning/heating unit in the lounge. Smoking is restricted to the balconies.

Outside
Two good sized terraces are equipped with metal garden table and chairs and barbeque.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to your choice of three beaches equipped with sun loungers and parasols. 10 minutes drive from the historical old town of Budva and the world famous island hotel of Sveti Stefan.
Travel
Dubrovnik Airport (Croatia) situated to the north is approximately 2 hours drive from the apartment. Tivat Airport is 40 minutes drive while Podgorica Airport (the capital) is approximately and hour's drive. Alternatively, overnight ferries run from Bari and Ancona to Bar, 40 minutes drive from the apartment. Car hire is required if you wish to explore but is not essential. Transfers to and from the airports (including Dubrovnik) can be organised.
Booking notes
20% deposit is required to make a reservation with the balance due 4 weeks before travel. A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros will be required on arrival.
