Ancient Venetian stone villa set in stunning historic sea front village of Perast, a Balkan Portofino. Perfect views from every window of the Kotor Fjord along with the two little church islets. Only a 50 metre walk to the beach, with quaint chapels, bars and shops along the way. The villa retains original features beautifully crafted into a design concious home. The original stone walls hold the history of its former venetian seafarers contrasting beautifully with the minimalistic whitewashed walls. Its three floors introduce breathtaking views into each room, and allow comfort and privacy for each bedroom. The master bedroom on the third floor has a balcony perfect for sitting and enjoying the 180 degree view of the sea. The villa is marvelously situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region: Kotor, Herceg Novi, Budva and Rose. Perast, a Unesco World Heritage site, has often been referred to as the jewel of the Montenegrin Coast.
