Large balcony with access from both the lounge and bedroom offer spectacular views over the bay of Becici, the island of Sveti Nikola and the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.

Changeover day

Bedrooms: One double bed with white cotton bed linen. Contemporary wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to large private balcony with outdoor tables and chairs with excellent views over the Adriatic Sea and mountains.
Bathrooms: Modern bathroom comprises sink with mirror, WC, shower with good water pressure, hot water heater and a fully automatic washing machine.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen comprising fridge, sink, 2 ring hob and cupboard storage.
Utility Room: Cutlery, tea towels, saucepans, kitchen utensils, plates, kettle & toaster are provided.
Living Rooms: The open plan lounge / dining room is flooded with natural light and comprises a coffee table and large sofa which can be easily pulled out to form a double bed if required. Patio doors open to a spectacular sea facing private balcony.
Other: Access to large balcony from both the bedroom and living area.

All bed linen and towels are provided. There is a fully automatic washing machine for use if required.

Notes on accommodation
The property is brand new and is next to the beach in Rafailovici perfect for swimming and other beach activities. There are restaurants, cafés, and small supermarkets all under a minute walk from the apartment including the famous ‘Tri Ribara’ Three Fisherman’s restaurant with freshly caught fish and seafood served nightly in a warm and friendly setting.
A local English speaking agent is available to assist you if necessary.

Coast/Beach
The Montenegro coast is just south of Croatia so benefits from the same stunning Adriatic coastline. Described as ‘where the mountains meet the sea’ it is an amazing place with many secluded bays and beautiful sandy beaches.
The beach at Rafailovici has a beautiful stretch of sand with a calm sea and offers great views of nearby Sveti Stefan which Hollywood stars of the 70's used as their playground and where Charles and Diana were going to honeymoon until the media found out!

Skiing
Skiing can be arranged in the Winter months in the Durmitor National Park.

Ryanair fly to Ancona where an overnight ferry crossing will take you to Bar (30 mins)

Exploring The Local Area
There is a lovely coastal walk from the apartment into the old town of Budva. The town can also be easily reached by bus, taxi or a small train in the summer months. It is an ideal base to explore other beaches and nearby islands. It’s certainly worth visiting historical cities such as Kotor in the Bay of Kotorska (a UNESCO world heritage site), as well as browsing in the local fish and farmers markets and the ancient monasteries.

Other Activities
A couple of minutes by car from the apartment is the Maestral Wellness Centre which offers excellent spa, sauna and massage facilities.

For the more energetic, the following can be arranged locally; paragliding, mountain biking and mountain treks (Rafailovici), sailing, windsurfing and diving (Budva, Herceg Novi), bird watching and fishing trips (Skadar Lake – one of the largest lakes in Europe), white water rafting (Tara Canyon – the 2nd biggest canyon in the world), skiing (Durmitor - in the winter months).

Money
There are many ATMs in the towns and the currency in Montenegro is the Euro.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 4 weeks before your stay. A £100/150 (euros) refundable deposit is required with the final booking to cover any material damage. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer. Full details and directions will be supplied on receipt of final payment.
