1 bedroom apartment in Dobrota, situated on the beautiful Bay of Kotor, just 5kms from the World Heritage Site of Kotor. It is air-conditioned and fully equipped for your stay. There is allocated parking and a shared swimming pool. Fresh bread is available every day from the local bakery, and there is a small supermarket nearby for other provisions.

Tourist taxes are payable, in euros, in July and August (80 cents per night for adults, 50 cents per night for children). These should be paid to my agent on your arrival.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. However, Sunday changeovers or checkins/checkouts after 8pm or before 7am will incur an additional charge of 25 euros. Guests are requested to check-in not before 4pm and to check-out not later than 11am to permit cleaning.

Bedrooms: The bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a large double-bed, mirror, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, large wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathrooms: Bathroom contains basin, WC, shower, washing machine.
Kitchen: Kitchen contains fan-assisted cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric-kettle, cutlery, utensils, pans, plates, cups, glasses.
Living Rooms: The living room, kitchen and dining area is open-plan, and air-conditioned. Dining area has a table with four chairs, the living area has a double sofa-bed, an armchair, coffee table, TV table, TV and DVD player, iron and ironing board.

The cleaning is done on each changeover day, at which time the towels and linen are changed.

Accessibility
The flat is on the first floor, and is approached from the car parking area via two flights of steps.

Outside
The apartment has its own 10sq.m west-facing terrace, with views of the Bay of Kotor, and there is a swimming pool, shared with the other residents.

Coast/Beach
The Kotor Bay fjord is a just a few minutes walk.

Travel
Tivat is the nearest airport, about 15 mins away. This is served by Montenegro Airlines. Flights from London go via Belgrade.
Dubrovnic (Croatia) is 65kms away, 1 1/2 hours easy drive. Direct flights from the UK are provided by BA, and Easyjet. This is generally the cheapest route.
Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, is 1 1/2 hours drive away. This is served by Montenegro Airlines.
Car hire is recommended, but taxis are plentiful and can be easily arranged for airport transfers.

Kotor is 5kms.

Further details
There is a local bakery 5 minutes walk away, and a small supermarket a few minutes further. Kotor has several banks, and many shops and restaurants. Larger supermarkets and shops can be found on the way to Tivat.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. If the booking is within 8 weeks of the start date of your reservation, then the full amount (deposit plus balance) is payable immediately. The balance must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the start date of your reservation.
