The apartment has recently been fully refurbished to meet high standards. Herceg Novi is situated at the entrance of Boka Kotorska at the foot slopes of Orjen (1892m). The apartment is in the beachfront promenade in Igalo, adherent to Herceg Novi, which is lined with good restaurants, bars, shops and open markets. The area is lively in the high season, but quiet and peaceful during the rest of the year. There are public beaches only 30m from the apartment. The old walled town of Herceg Novi and the marina can be reached by foot along the beach promenade in less than 30 minutes. There are many historical sights and world class tourist attractions easily reached on a day trip. These include the world heritage sites of Dubrovnik and Kotor.
