It has a modern fitted kitchen and includes all mod cons. Enjoy some of the best beaches in Montenegro during the day, combined with the best nightlife in Budva (7km).

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, although there may be some flexibility. Checkout is usually by 1100, and check-in after 1600.

Coast/Beach
Swimming is available all along the Beaches of Sveti Stefan and Milocer, these are some of the best beaches in Montenegro. There are two sandy beaches minutes from the apartment, one of the beaches is private and for a fee you can have sunbed and ambrella provided.
Skiing
We can arrange your visit and stay in Zabljak (3 hrs drive in a breathtaking tricky winding mountain road) in Durmitor National Park where you can enjoy three months snow between December and April. Ski centre is very popular with a range of intermidiate red and easy blue with one very challenging black run. Available is a full range of instruction ski schools.
Special interest holidays
If you are too hot by the sea,Durmitor National Park is ideal for more enjoyable temperature of around 25 degrees during summer months.You can enjoy walking and visit nemurous lakes and go white water raffting on the river Tara, which is very popular with visitors of all ages.
Travel
There are numerous daily low cost flights to Dubrovnik airport
(2 hr). From early May to the end of October with Thomsonfly from Manchester, Luton and Gatwick. Car hire from Dubrovnik
airport is recommended to make the most of your sightseeng. JAT airlines fly from London Heatrow to Belgrade and than Tivat (2.30 min) on Sat. In the summer months. A meet and greet option,at the airport costs approx. 100 euros each way.The car is not essential in Sv.Stefan.
Distances
Budva 7km (10min). Milocer 2km (walking dist.) . Kotor 35km(30min). Herzeg Novi 40km (inc. a ferry crossing at the straits of Kotor one hour). Dubrovnik 90km 2h. Zabljak is 195km (3hours away).

Welcome pack of some essential items in the apartment is provided on arrival. You will have an English speaking representative support during your stay and she can help you find your way around. Some of these are UNESCO protected town of Kotor, beautiful village Perast (both in Boka Kotorska Fjord), and old town of Dubrovnik in Croatia. During summer months we can arrange accommodation in Zabljak for mountaineering, Speleology, Trekking, Orienteering and rafting on the river Tara, second largest and most beautiful canyon in the world. Close to Sveti Stefan is Budva (7km),a vibrant town with a historical old town. Available in Budva are many types of adrenaline sports (paragliding, bungee jumping, diving, aqua ski) and other sports (tennis, biking, walking, sailing).
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 4 weeks before your stay. A 100 euros refundable deposit is required on arrival, to cover any material damage and key loss. Payments can be made by bank transfer to a UK bank in pounds or in euros to a Montenegro bank.
