Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen comprises fridge, stove, hob, cupboards, fitted dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Living Rooms: The living room is a combined lounge and dining room which opens to the terrace, includes dining table which seats 4, a sofa that converts into a double bed, chair, coffee table and cable TV.

Apartment is managed by an English speaking housekeeper .
Clean beding and towles are included and changed once a week.The apartment is cleaned once a week. Beach towles not supplied.

Coast/Beach
Swimming is available all along the Beaches of Sveti Stefan and Milocer, these are some of the best beaches in Montenegro. There are two sandy beaches minutes from the apartment, one of the beaches is private.

Skiing
We can arrange your stay and visit to Zabljak(3 hr.drive in a tricky winding mountin road) in Durmitor National Park where you can enjoy three months snow between December and April. Ski centre is very popular with a range of intermidiate red and easy blue with one very challenging black run. Available is a full range of instruction ski schools.

Travel
There are numerous daily low cost flights to Dubrovnik airport
(2 hr).From early May to the end of October with Thomsonfly from Manchester, Luton and Gatwick.Car hire from Dubrovnik
airport is recommended to make the most of your sightseeng.
JAT airlines fly from London Heatrow to Tivat (30 min) on Sat.
in the summer months. A meet and greet option,at the airport costs approx. 100 euros each way.

Distances
Budva 7km. Milocer 2km. Kotor 35km. Herzeg Novi 40km (inc. a ferry crossing at the straits of Kotor). Dubrovnik 90km 1½ - 2 hours. Zabljak is 195km away.

Welcome pack of some essential items in the apartment, on arrival. You will have an English speaking representative support during your stay and she can help you find your way around. Some of these are UNESCO protected town of Kotor, beautiful village Perast (both in Boka Kotorska Fjord),and old town of Dubrovnik in Croatia. During summer months we can arrange accommodation in Zabljak for Mountaineering, Speleology, Trekking, Orienteering and rafting on the river Tara, second largest and most beautiful canyon in the world. Close to Sveti Stefan is Budva (7km),a vibrant town with a historical old town. Available in Budva are many types of adrenaline sports (paragliding, bungee jumping, diving, aqua ski) and other sports (tennis, biking, walking, sailing).

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 4 weeks before your stay. A £100 euro refundable deposit is required on arrival, to cover any material damage and key loss. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer to a UK bank.
