To the rear of the apartments, through the bedrooms is a breakfast balcony. The main balconies to the front overlook the bay of Becici and the island of Sveti Nickola which also have spectacular mountain views rolling down to the tranquil sea of the Adriatic. There is a marina immediately in front of the apartment adjoining the 2km Becici beach.

The bathroom has sink, wc, and a semi circular shower. A light cabinet and a fully automatic washing machine.
The well equipped kitchen comprises of ceramic hob, convection oven with extractor with light, the cupboards in modern style, laminated working surface with fitted sink and storage cupboards. Cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils also towels provided.
The lounge is sea facing with double opening doors to the balcony, large comfortable easy chairs and coffee table, Cable TV, standing on a design cabinet. The sofa is pull out double bed if required.
High security door leads into a hallway, the apartment stairway has 24 hour security system. Front balcony has table and chairs.

Outside
From the outside of the apartment you have a small cove beach to the left corner and in front of the apartment you have a marina with lighting and palm trees adjoining the 2km becici beach where you will also find local shops, restaurants and bars. There is a small train that can take you into Budva running along the main beach plaza each day till late in the night. You can find a host of things to do from the main beach where you can swim and take boat trips and pedaloes also other types of water sports, a few minutes away from this location is the famous Resort of Sveti Stefan with it's Island hotel, in fact the whole area surrounding the apartment has little secluded beaches, truly making this a superb base for your stay. From the apartments you can see the sun go down on the clear calm Adriatic sea.
Coast/Beach
Swimming is available all along the beach. The nearest swimming is directly below the apartment. There are daily boat trips to beautiful Islands with coves and bars and in Budva you can collect transport to nearby monasteries, as well as boats to beaches near Petrovac and Sveti Stefan, Budva, Jaz and Hercegnovi.
Skiing
The beginning of skiing in Montenegro is firmly connected to Friedrich Angel, a Norwegian, who in the very far away 1893 came to Montenegro, and learned young Montenegrins the art of skiing. From this very ancient times when skiing was considered to be a means of easier movement especially in wartime, to the present days, when this sport, not anymore a war-time occupation, is gathering more and more people, the Durmitor firmly establishing itself as a unique center for this sport. This mountain is now the dynamo of all ascents and descents, of all the chances for a better and more developed skiing sport, with a configuration of terrains like a dream for all the lovers of the queen of winter sports.
Special interest holidays
In the surroundings of wonderful plunging into the abysses, below the steep slopes sometimes more of a thousand meters deep, cutting forcibly its very way between the Bjelasnica, Sinjajevina, Ljubisnje and Durmitor mountains, flows one of the most beautiful Montenegro rivers, the TARA river. Like a cut furrow between mountain peaks, the clear- water mountain river flows, and its very waters, from time to time make for wonderful landscapes in tame and fertile valleys in which acres, orchards, forests, ideal for all sports.
Travel
The apartment is easily accessible from international airports at Tivat (an 18 minute drive) and Dubrovnik (about 2 hours). Tivat airport has direct flights from London Heathrow every Saturday and every day flights from the UK to Belgrade and then onto the capital city of Podgorica and with the newly completed mountain tunnel only 20 minutes from airport to resort.
Distances
Kotor- 28 km, about a 23 minute mini-bus ride. Dubrovnik - about 100 km (1 ½ to 2 hours, including a ferry crossing at the straits of Kotor). Budva - 4 km. Island & bay trips - 30 minutes to all day. Mount Lovcen and Njegos Monastery - 2 hours by coach. Sveti Stefan - 1.5 km.
Further details
The main night life and action is in nearby Budva a short tourist train ride away also with its old town.
There are local fish markets in Budva every day a 40 minute walk away along the sea front Plaza of Becici and Budva, as well as many traditional restaurant offering excellent sea food and traditional local cuisine at reasonable prices.
Not to forget the famous Tri Ribara (Three fisherman) fish resteraunt in Rafailovici village just 1 min walk from the apartment.
