The Boka Bay has several places of interest. One of the newest James Bond movies was filmed nearby. The ancient cities of Perast and Kotor is worth a visit.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is newly refurbished. All rooms equipped with modern furniture, and the house has a very nice atmosphere. Wireless internet. Living room has DVD player connected to TV. (Some DVDs available).
2011: AC installed in the whole house.

Outside
Beautiful outside area with big pool, perfect for families with kids. Sun chairs and outside furniture by pool. Outside areas stone tiled, and has numerous fruit trees. Shaded area by pool with overhang of grapes.
Coast/Beach
Several beaches only 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
The airport at Dubrovnik is just 40 minutes drive away from the villa, and the international airport at Tivat in Montenegro which now has direct flights to London, is a 35 minute drive.
Distances
House is situated on a hillside above the city of Herceg Novi. Driving distance less than 10 minutes. The Boka Bay has several places of interest. One of the newest James Bond movies was filmed nearby. The ancient cities of Perast and Kotor is worth a visit.
Further details
There are a huge selection of restaurants, bars and night clubs in Herceg Novi. The beach promenade is always full of life and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Montenegro. We recommend the Yacht Club. Several big supermarkets nearby (ca 5 minutes). The village (Podi) has a local pub and a grocery store.
Booking notes
20% deposit is required to secure the booking and the remainder should be paid 8 weeks before the start of the letting period. A refundable deposit of £250 is required to cover breakages.

About the owner
We are a couple that have recently bought and refurbished this beautiful house in Montenegro. As we unfortunately don't have the chance to use it a lot, we would like others to experience it as well. It has a very personal family style that we enjoy a lot. We do hope you will feel the same. The season of 2011 was fully booked. We have gotten a lot of positive feedback and a lot of our guest will return for 2012.
