Each apartment has been newly renovated and refurbished to the highest standards. The apartments are situated in the family resort of Przno, overlooking the Hotel Maestral. The apartments would be excellent for guests wishing to have a luxurious and restful stay whistle enjoying the closeness to the beach. The resort of Przno is connected to Sv Stefan and has plenty of excellent restaurants, cafes, etc which are located along its pretty seafront promenade. The beach is high quality and water clear. The area is quiet but there are activities on offer, and the nearby hotel has restaurants, casino, swimming pool and tennis courts. Budva is also just a short 5 minute drive away where guests can also have more choice of evening entertainment. Przno is ideally located for visitors, nestled between Becici and Sveti Stefan!

Notes on accommodation
All of the apartments have been furnished and designed to the highest European standards; the apartments have a fantastic sea and mountain view of Przno and the surrounding area. Includes a gymnasium which can be used by all staying guests; it includes running and muscle toning equipment.
The building also has a roof top terrace offering guests unrivalled sea views; the terrace includes sun loungers and can also be used likewise by all staying guests for sun bathing, socializing and relaxing purposes. The apartment building has a lift for guest comfort - enabling them to easily access all areas of the building. Importantly all staying guests will have a safe and secure parking space reserved in an underground garage. The apartment building additionally has an inside communal area with tables, seating and plasma TV's; where guests can sit and relax. A continental breakfast is served here daily, which guests can choose to have included with their apartments.
Accessibility
The apartment building has a lift, however it is located on the first floor, after one flight of stairs. Therefore it may not be suitable for all guests with limited mobility.
Outside
The apartments all have a sea facing terrace with lovely views of the sea and mountains of Przno and the surrounding areas. Each apartment has its own outdoor furniture of table and chairs. The building also has a roof top terrace offering guests unrivalled sea views; the terrace includes sun loungers and can also be used likewise by all staying guests for sun bathing, socializing and relaxing purposes. The building is located just 2 minutes walk from a local children's park which has a swings, slide and climbing frames. Guests can also choose to hire tennis courts by the hour, at the Hotel Maestral (across the road). The hotel also has a swimming pool which can be used for a daily charge.
Coast/Beach
The magnificent coastline is just a short 2 minute walk away from the apartments. Przno has a beautiful beach which has sun loungers and parasols available for hire. The beach has many cafes and bars doted along its seafront where guests can easily grab a bite to eat during a day out sunbathing. There are also many other great beaches in short walking and driving distances from the apartments these include the beaches of Sv Stefan, Kameno and Becici - which are all sandy and of superior quality.
Golf
There is a new golf club in the Budva outskirts, which would be a short 20 minutes drive away.
Skiing
For skiing lovers the shortest trip would be to head for Kolasin which is a short 2 and half hour journey up to the mountain road heading for Podgorica. The perfect time for this would be from the end of December through to mid March; with February providing the best skiing conditions for sports.
Special interest holidays
Montenegro offers plenty of specialist activities and days out to its visitors. Along the coastline guests can choose to play and experience many sports including fishing, snorkeling, diving, paragliding, rock climbing, etc.
Travel
The apartment building is a short drive away from three International Airports. These include Tivat approx 35 min, Dubrovnik (Croatia) approx 2 hours drive or Podgorica which is approx 1-2 hour drive away. Please note if needed we can arrange all airport transfers.
Distances
Budva 6km. Milocer 2km, Kotor 35km, Herceg Novi 40km (inc. a ferry crossing at the straits of Kotor) and Dubrovnik 90km 1½-2 hours. The skiing resort of Zabljak is 195km away.
Further details
Przno would be an ideal location for guests wishing to explore more of the country of Montenegro; with great road connections to either the north/south coastline and northern towns, villages and mountains. Montenegro is a country which can really be fascinating to all its visitors, as it offers an abundance of culture and history which is perfectly wrapped around beautiful nature and scenery. Its a place to visit time and again; a place which continues to offer something new and appealing. It of course can offer all the sports, hobbies and other activities you prefer to partake in; but it has a charming culture, where people have taken their foot off the peddle and know how to relax and enjoy life!

Prices are for the property per week in euros. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder 70% balance payable upon arrival of your stay. A 100 euros refundable security deposit is required on arrival, to cover any material damage and key loss. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer into a UK or Montenegrin bank account.
