With private entrance, 2 balconies and majestic sea views, this apartment is finished to high standard, with a traditional touch that gives it a unique, romantic feel. The south balcony overlooks our organic fruit and vegetable garden, palm, pine, avocado and other exotic trees, lush flower gardens, the sea and the wild Lustica Peninsula. It makes an ideal holiday home for a couple, 2 couples or a family of 3/4. With the balconies there is approx 750sq feet (75sqm) of living space. It is fully equipped including a TV, DVD & CD player, washing machine. Located in Savina, a quiet residential area, minutes away from the sea front and the lovely mediaeval Old Town, it is close to the local market, shops, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons and a free parking area. The distance to Dubrovnik or Tivat international airport is about 15 miles (25km). The historic cities of Dubrovnik and Kotor are less than an hour drive away, with Perast even closer (all three Unesco protected sites).

Changeover day
Saturday or Sunday is preferred but this can be subject to agreement especially during the quieter months. Do get in touch if arriving on another day. Checkout is usually by 11am and check in after 4pm.

| Kitchen: | An extension of the open-plan living space, this fully equipped kitchenette includes electric hob and oven, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, fitted sink and oak-panelled storage cupboards. Cutlery, saucepans, kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses. |
| Utility Room: | The front door leads onto a tiled corridor containing a built-in cupboard/wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The corridor leads to all the other rooms. |
| Living Rooms: | Large, sea facing, with arched glass doors that open onto the south balcony overlooking the entrance to the Boka Bay, this room is flooded with natural light and enjoys a spectacular sea view. Fully and tastefully furnished and air conditioned. |
| Other: | There are 2 balconies: the sea facing south balcony where one can eat, read, sleep, sunbathe and relax; and the north facing balcony that looks onto a small flower garden in front of the house and the street leading into town centre 5 min walk away. |

Bed linen, towels and tea towels included. They are changed weekly. More frequent changes carry an additional charge (by prior arrangement). |
Notes on accommodation
A stylish air conditioned and heated 2nd floor apartment with 2 balconies, private entrance, close to the sea front and town centre. Suitable for couples and families of up to 4. We have no water supply problems.
Outside
Flowers and an organic vegetable and fruit garden outside this charming stone house. Beaches, Old Town cafés and galleries, Kanli Kula open-air theatre are all mins away. As are the shops, farmers' market, bars and restaurants and cinema. Free parking available in the area.
Coast/Beach
The sea front with its many beaches is 5 min walk away. Outside the town, on the stunning Lustica peninsula, there are many beaches, coves and caves accessible by boat or road. A boat ride to Rose (a lovely fishing village with a beach on Lustica) takes approx 15 min. Boats run frequently throughout the summer.
Travel
The apartment is easily accessible from two international airports: Tivat and Dubrovnik, both approx 40 min drive away. Both receive direct flights from London. Full directions to be supplied on booking.
Distances
Kotor approx 35km, Dubrovnik approx 45km, Podgorica approx 115km. Mount Lovcen and Cetinje 2 hours by coach. Lustica: 15-20 min by boat, 45 - 60 mins by road. Tara Canyon – 3.5 hours drive.

Activities available in Herceg Novi, within walking distance: scuba-diving, snorkeling, fishing, jet-skiing, bike and boat hire, hiking, tennis, day trips. The internationally renowned health spa ‘Dr Simo Milosevic’ which offers affordable health and beauty treatments is 5 mins drive or 30 mins walk away. White water rafting along the Tara Canyon is 3½ hours drive away and can be enjoyed as 1, 2 or 3-day trip (unforgettable experience). Herceg Novi is over 600 years old and full of historical sights and stunning views within easy reach. There are many small banks in town and ATM banking is available. Currency: Euro.
Booking notes
We require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 6 weeks before the stay, upon which guests will receive full directions. On arrival to the apartment a fully refundable deposit of 100 Euro is required to cover any material damage that may occur. Deposit payment preferred by debit or credit card through PayPal (instructions and invoice will be sent by email).
