The well stocked supermarket, bus station and taxi rank are two minutes away. The apartment is on the second floor (there is a lift) overlooking the pool from the terrace and master bedroom.

Coast/Beach
Petrovac is the southernmost beach area of the Budva Riviera, particularly popular with families. Petrovac's main town beach is a five-minute walk from the apartment, while there is a further safe swimming beach 10 minutes walk away at Lucice. A 16th century Venetian fortress, Kastel Lastva guards the walled harbour. Cafés, snack bars restaurants and boutiques line the seaside promenade. Taxi boats ferry passengers from the harbour to numerous other beaches along the coast such as Buljarica.
Travel
Airports at Tivat 40 mins and Podgorica 40 mins are serviced by Montenegro Airlines, while Dubrovnik 2 hours is easily reached from the UK. Flights include Easyjet from Gatwick and Liverpool, BA from Gatwick, Flybe from Birmingham, Thomson from Manchester and Jet2 from Leeds.
Distances
Montenegro's most famous landmark Sveti Stefan is 12km away, while the lively resort town of Budva is 18km. The beautiful Skadar Lake is 20km away and the UNESCO World Heritage site at Kotor is 38km distant.
Further details
Petrovac is a charming family-friendly resort, with a promenade lined by Venetian-style villas and many cafés and restaurants set around the bay. The town is set amid dramatic mountain scenery and there is easy access to this rugged coastline as well as the country's spectacular and peaceful interior.
