Modern villa built in 2007 with brand new furniture. It is spacious and light with stunning views from bedrooms and front balcony with wonderful shades from the olive tree. Distant sea views offering breathtaking sunsets. The villa is set in the country side by a local farm and old stone church. It offers wonderful biking opportunities and great for walking and running as it is very peaceful here. However, having Rose and Zanjica within 5 and 10 minutes drive makes this a wonderful holliday destination.

Changeover day
Preferably Saturdays, but we are flexible.

Our housekeeper lives down the road and is happy to assist with your laundry and any additional cleaning. We provide bedlinen for two double beds and towels. |

Notes on accommodation
If you enjoy nature and the quietness it offers this is paradise! The scenery is breathtaking and the nearby restaurants and beaches makes this location ideal.
Accessibility
You need a car. We will arrange a meet and greet at the villa to hand over keys. We can arrange airport pick up or if you have a rental car to be met in Tivat and shown the way to the villa at cost.

Large outdoor patio with barbecue, large veranda by kitchen.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Rosa beach, 10 minutes to Zanjica beaches, 10 minutes to Krasici beach.
Special interest holidays
Hiking, biking, swimming and photography. Activity companies can offer river rafting and daily excursions around Montenegro.
Travel
30 minutes drive to Tivat airport, 1.5 hours to Dubrovnik airport. Car is essential.
Distances
5 minutes to idyllic Rose, a fishing village with wonderful architecture, old churches and houses around Lustica, 40 minutes drive to the walled city of Kotor, Unesco Protected. 1 hour to old town Budva.
