The Edge is in the little village of Vrba, 10 minutes from the sea and the famous Island resort of Sveti Stefan. Directly outside the front door are superb mountain walks, from which to enjoy the wonderful views and the many and varied types of flora and fauna. Close enough to the vibrant nightlife of the Budva Riviera, with its clubs, bars and restaurants, but far enough away to return and enjoy the peace and tranquility under a starlit sky. All have hi-spec kitchens, plasma TV, DVD with cinema surround sound, iPod docks and mobile Internet connection. They also have large, private terraces for summer dining. On the roof there is a pool, with several decks (only shared with the other apartment), a shower room and a summer kitchen. There are umbrellas, loungers and lilos. We provide a welcome pack, so you can immediately relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine.

Notes on accommodation
The Edge will not suit those people who want the noise and bustle of sea-front living, with the accompanying boom of the bass speakers, the all night revellers and the more humid feel.
But our apartments will suit couples and families craving peace and tranquility, quiet nights and panoramic views. And having a starlit swim in the pool. All this and within a short ten minute drive of the best beach at Sveti Stefan and a fifteen minute ride to Budva, where you are able to enjoy the vibrant nightlife... but also leave it behind, when you have had your fill. Towels and linen are included. Other services can be arranged at minimal extra cost, daily or weekly cleaning and taxis arranged for evening outings.

From Dubrovnik airport in Croatia 1 hour 45 mins - 3 hours. From Tivat airport 35-50 minutes. From Podgorica airport 50 mins - 1 hour.

Housekeeper optional. A Hire Car is recommended for this holiday. We will be happy to arrange this. At the bottom of the hill is a good local shop and there are well stocked supermarkets within easy reach. Sveti Stefan, Przno, Petrovac and Budva have banks, Medical Centres and Tourist Information Centres, as well as numerous coffee shops, bars, casinos and restaurants. The best night Life is in Budva, (Petrovac also has a lively atmosphere at night, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and is particularly suitable for young families).
Booking notes
Deposit of 30% 5 working days after booking or full deposit if booking is within 8 weeks of arrival. The owners are living at the property, but only appear when needed and have two friendly dogs.
