Living Rooms: Spacious open lounge/dining room and kitchen. Comfortable double sofabed, lounge chair, dining table and chairs, coffee table, rug. Cable TV, DVD, cd/radio/cassette player. Double door to balcony with sea view, patio furniture. Air conditioning unit.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes stroll to main beach. Further bays of Lucice and Buljarica via designated walk ways. Safe & gentle bays, ideal for families. Pedaloes and scuba diving available, ideal snorkling & fishing location. A small harbour with local fishing boats. Daily boat trips and boat taxis also available.
The busy resort of Budva has the jet skis, speed boats, bungee jumping, with paragliding and cable water ski at neighbouring Becici.

Special interest holidays
For the active, there are 15 well-maintained walking trails along the Riviera, to accommodate hikers, joggers, cyclists, to interest all nature lovers, ecologists, bird watchers etc.
The country is steeped in history, which is evident in the architecture and atmosphere. Numerous churches, monastries and fortresses to visit.

Travel
Tivat airport has direct flights from Heathrow with JAT airlines(May-September). Daily flights to Belgrade, transfers to Tivat or Podgorica. Flights to Ancona and Bari (Ryannair)with overnight ferry crossings to Bar, all within 30 minutes drive to Petrovac.
Charter and schedule flights to Dubrovnik, cross border and 2hr scenic drive. Transfers can be arranged with Agent. Good local bus service, to main resorts and towns. Car hire - recommend arrange with agent.

Further details
Within the resort there are many traditional restaurants offering excellent sea food and local cuisine, very reasonably priced. Coffee shops and bars,with music bars on either side of the horseshoe bay. There is also a late night indoor disco during the summer months, for the young at heart. Cash point available at the main supermarket. The resort is a residential area and has its own medical centre, main hospital in Budva.
Note: your favourite tea (PG, Typhoo etc) cannot be purchased here, and Nescafe is expensive, so we would recommend you take your own. The local wine is very enjoyable, and cheap! Guide and information books are available in the apartment.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit will be required on arrival, to cover any damage, payable to the agent, who will also be available for any problems throughout your stay.
Please note there is a charge by Agents for meeting guests (collection of keys) if outside of office hours - please bear this mind when arranging flights etc. Please confirm with them when booking. Sorry!

'We went as 2 couples, and a little wary of 'crowding' each other, but the apartment was so spacious, and having a separate bedroom each couple there was no problem. we even had the benefit of a balcony each, for private time. Loved the area, excellent choice of restaurants & bars, even went to the late disco one night. Very relaxing both day and night, took everything at our leisure, no hassle, no pestering.
The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, not far from the beach, amenties close to hand, and the bus station close by, although taxis are very reasonable.'
