Just over an hour drive from Dubrovnik airport, our new air-conditioned/heated apartment is located in the beautiful village of Krasici. Spacious and airy, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) apartment with magnificent mountain and sea views, offers a very tranquil holiday. Just 2 minutes walk from a stunning picturesque harbour with areas to sunbath and swim, 10 mins walk to hotel and restaurant with free sunbeds and swimming and 10 mins drive to the stunning golden sands of Plavi Horizont beach. Krasici is the perfect location for a quiet holiday and yet within walking distance of lovely waterside bars and restaurants and only 15 minutes drive from Porto Montenegro if you are arriving by boat. The historic World Heritage town of Kotor is just 15 mins drive away and the famous Sveti Stefan island approx 40 mins drive.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed, views to sea & mountains. Bedroom 2 has high vaulted ceiling and twin beds. Bedroom 3 with king size bed, en-suite shower room and views to the mountains at rear.
Bathrooms: 2 Fully tiled large shower rooms (one en-suite) with wc, shower and enclosure, wash basin, mirror with light/shaver point. Main shower room has a washing machine.
Kitchen: Large spacious Kitchen area has modern fitted units, Electric Cooker (oven, grill and 4 ring hob) fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses.
Utility Room: Washing machine is in the shower room (common in Montenegro).
Living Rooms: The spacious living area has a corner seating arrangement, TV unit with satellite TV and DVD player and small occasional table. Double doors onto balcony.
Other: There is a balcony with stunning views across the sea to Porto Montenegro and the Mountains beyond.

Bed linen is provided for all beds along with blankets for the cooler months. 1 large towel and 1 small towel is provided per occupant per week, please provide own beach towels.

This apartment can be rented as 2 bedroom 1 bathroom to sleep 4 at a reduced rate. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the top floor and accessed by two flights of steps at side and rear so not suitable for wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.

Private parking at front of property and private sun bathing area at rear.

Coast/Beach
Less than 2 mins walk to swimming and sunbathing areas, 4.7 kilometres to brand new beach area with sunbeds, restaurant and bar. 10 min drive to nearest sandy beach at Plavi Horizont which is surrounded by olive and pine trees, 30 min drive to Jazz beach and the beaches of Budva. Very reasonably priced 3G internet broadband is available using a dongle through local ISP (speak to us for more information)

Travel
Tivat airport is 15 mins drive with direct flights from Gatwick with Montenegro Airlines. Direct flights from UK with BA, Easyjet, and flybe, to Dubrovnik which is less than 90 mins away (including short ferry crossing). If arriving by boat into Porto Montenegro Krasici is approx 15 mins drive. Car hire is available at both airports and recommended to appreciate the stunning beauty of Montenegro.

Tivat 15 mins drive, Kotor 15 mins drive, Budva 30 mins, Podgorica 90 mins.

Further details
There are small bars, restaurants, and small local shops in Krasici. Two large supermarkets are available about 10 mins drive away. Tivat and Kotor have a selection of larger bars, restaurants, night clubs, banks and other shopping. The walled city of Kotor, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, (15 mins drive) and the picturesque island of Sveti Stefan (40 mins drive) are two places of interest to visit.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Payment accepted in UK pounds/euro via bank transfer. 100 euros security deposit is payable on arrival with meet and greet representative to cover possible damage. Further details will be emailed on receipt of full payment.
