Consist of 4 bedrooms 9 sleeps (air conditioning, both heating and cooling; kitchen fully equipped close to the living area; 2 fully tiled bathrooms each with toilet, shower and heating; open living area under grapevine).

Outside
Grapevines give shade to the 20 sq meters terrace with glass table and 6 chairs. This area is ideal for breakfast, lunch, evening meals or just relaxing with a drink.
Coast/Beach
Coast is 20m from the house. Sand beach is 5 minutes walk.
Travel
Tivat airport is 20 km away (25 min drive) with connections to many European cities.
Dubrovnik airport is 45 km away with frequent flights from and to UK.
Distances
Kotor (15km) is a beautiful historic lively medieval walled town. Regular festivals take place throughout the year. There is a local bus service (1€) that connects Perast with Kotor and many of the little coastal villages. It runs approx every 30 mins (20 during the summer). Taxis are reasonably priced and readily available.
Cetinje - historic capital of the country in northern mountains (1 hr).
Budva - ancient town and beautiful beaches (45 min).
Variety of beaches within 30 min.

The Bay of Kotor (Boka Kotorska) cuts deeply into the coastline of the southern part of the Yugoslav Adriatic, creating four spectacular bays ringed in mountains, the “fjords” of the Mediterranean. The little town of Perast is situated at the foot of St. Elijah Hill (873m), opposite the narrow Verige strait, where the innermost bays of Risan and Kotor converge. This easternmost shore was the earliest inhabited area in the Boka. The remains of a Neolithic culture (3500 BC) have been discovered in the caves of Spila above Perast and various archaeological finds provide evidence of civilization dating from Illyrian, Roman and early Christian periods.
