Changeover day
Arrival departure preferred on Saturdays. Access to the apartment is from 2pm and departure from the apartment is at 11am unless previously agreed with the owner.
Notes on accommodation
Top View 1, Small and the XXL apartments have a private parking place! We are offering a full service package. We have an exclusive contract with the Hotel splendid, so we can use tennis court, spa centre and children s center (surcharged). Furthermore we have a baby sitter service. We have an English speaking doctor and we offer private tour guides. Furthermore we can take care for your transfers, rent a car, welcome packages etc.
Accessibility
It is recommended to rent a car on arrival.

The apartments are in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is a garage.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, tennis, a theme park, a restaurant, a food shop.

30 min from Tivat airport. 90 min from Dubrovnik. 90 min from Podgorica. Car is recommended.

Booking notes
If there are more than 8 weeks till the start of your holidays a booking deposit of 30% will secure the booking and is non-refundable. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Down payment will be by bank transfer, (paypal on request) only and funds must clear prior to the start of your holiday. Generally the minimum stay period is for 1 week or multiple weeks.
