The studio apartment is located within a small development with a communal pool and jacuzzi. The brand new apartment is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A spacious terrace overlooks the sea with stunning views. Becici beach with it's restaurants and bars is only 10-15 minutes away. Historical Budva old town, numerous stunning beaches and famous Sveti Stefan are all within walking distance or a short drive away.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but can be flexible. Apartment should be vacated by 11am and arrivals should be no earlier than 2pm to allow for cleaning.

Coast/Beach
The property is located just minutes away from the famous Becici beach, a 2km long beach with crystal clear water, long promenade and vibrant atmosphere. Sailing, parasailing, waterskiing and other water sports are nearby. Przno, old fishing village (2km), Sveti Stefan (4km) and it's magical King and Queen's beaches, pristine Jaz beach.

Skiing
Durmitor ski resort within 3 hours drive away.

Special interest holidays
A short walk or drive to historical Budva old town and Sveti Stefan (2-3km). UNESCO protected Kotor old town set against the mountainside on the dramatic Kotor Bay - the largest fjord in Southern Europe (25 mins away by car). The beautiful Tara river, set amongst the Bjelasnica, Sinjajevina, Ljubisnje and Durmitor mountains. Skadar Lake national park (25km away) with one of the largest bird species habitats in Europe.

Travel
Tivat Airport is about 20km away. Podgorica Airport 50km and Dubrovnik Airport 120km away. Flights from the UK to Dubrovnik are the most frequent and cheapest option. Try BA, Croatia Airlines, Thompsonfly, easyjet and flybe. Summer flights to Tivat from Heathrow, Gatwick and other European Airports are ideal given proximity to Becici. Check BA, JAT and Montenegro Airlines. Montenegro can also be reached by frequent ferries from Bari, Italy.

Distances
The historic city of Budva with it's nightlife and shopping is easily reached from Becici using the beach promenade/path in 20 mins, or by car/taxi in 5 mins or by bus/boat in 10 mins. Kotor Bay and Kotor Old Town is 30 minutes drive away to the north, Sveti Stefan 10 mins drive south along the coast.

Further details
Montenegro is a fairly small country. To make the most of exploring it's beautiful beaches and mountain scenery we recommend hiring a car in Dubrovnik airport or Budva town. We can recommend reputable rental companies or an airport pick up can be arranged. Please ask for more details. Excellent waterfront restaurants offering both local and international cuisine are a short stroll away, as well as luxury spa and gym facilities of Hotel Splendid. An international pop and rock event takes place every summer on Jaz Beach. Last two years have seen Madonna and the Rolling Stones performing life. Tickets usually available locally at reasonable prices. We can recommend excellent local restaurants and activities (renting yachts, etc) on your demand.

25% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking. Remaining balance then due at 6 weeks before your arrival. Payment methods are bank transferable or PayPal (inc. debit/credit cards). Details of our meet and greet service will be provided to you by email upon receipt of final payment.
