This apartment, built in 2007, comprises one bedroom, a bathroom, a separate kitchen and a large living/dining room area. It has a spacious, private terrace with wonderful views over the entire bay of Becici and the mountains behind, with Sveti Stefan in the distance. Although the apartment is on the top floor of the building, it is accessed by only 2 flights of stairs from the main entrance. This is a very light, airy apartment, due to the high sloping ceilings and the large double doors to the terrace which bring the spectacular view right in to the apartment.

Changeover day
Sunday is the preferred changeover day. We can discuss alternatives. The apartment must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure - storage of luggage can be arranged if required.
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has integrated furniture comprising king-sized bed with an orthopaedic mattress, two floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and bedside lockers. Luggage may be stored under the bed. Double doors lead to the terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom contains a handbasin with vanity unit, WC and a Hans Grohe 'Raindance' power shower in a large shower compartment. The washing machine is also in the bathroom in keeping with the local practice. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well laid out with full self-cleaning oven, four-ring touch-control ceramic hob with extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, food processor/liquidiser and double sink. There is an extensive selection of cooking utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room contains a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 double sofa beds, large flat screen TV set, cable TV, DVD player, CD stereo, small coffee table, drinks cabinet. There is integrated storage including wardrobe, utility storage, computer workstation |
| Other: | The terrace has a circular table with 4 chairs. A modem providing pay-as-you-go broadband internet access is available from our local agent. |

The apartment is cleaned weekly. Bedlinen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Beach towels are provided. A full range of cleaning materials, including dishwasher tablets, is provided. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning unit can be used to heat the apartment, if necessary.
Outside
Car parking is provided at the rear of the building. The building is surrounded by greenery, including mature olive trees.
Coast/Beach
Becici beach, a 3 kilometre long sandy beach, is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Turning right, the old town of Budva is a 20 minute walk along the beachfront with bars, restaurants and stalls. Turning left, one can walk along the beachfront past Rafailovici to Kamenovo beach. Water sports, including water-skiing are available on Becici beach. The aqua park in the Hotel Mediteran is open to the public and provides a great family day out. Several local hotels provide spa facilities.
Travel
Montenegro Airlines fly regularly from Gatwick to Tivat airport, which is a 20-minute drive away. Dubrovnik airport, served by British Airways from Gatwick and Aer Lingus from Dublin, among others, is 90 minutes to 2 hours drive away. Airport transfers, with an English-speaking driver, can be arranged by us. Car-hire is available at Dubrovnik airport and locally in Montenegro.
Further details
Montenegro has adopted the euro as its currency. There is a plentiful supply of ATM machines and credit cards are widely accepted.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required. Payment in full must be made 6 weeks before travel. A 200 euros deposit, fully refundable on satisfactory inspection, must be paid to our local agent, to cover damage, breakages and use of internet modem. Method of payment is by bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation conditions: Up to 8 weeks - no charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% refund. 2-4 weeks 25% refund. 0-2 weeks - no refund.
