The Boka Heights development is situated in one of the most sought after locations around the Bay of Kotor. It boasts being on the sunniest side of the bay as it faces west and it is located only 5km to the west of Kotor, Montenegro's beautiful walled Venetian town which is home to museums and heritage sites, a marina, shopping facilities, numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment is located in one of only 2 front buildings in this prestigious development and command panoramic views of the fjord. This small development of only 4 buildings at the end of a quiet Cul de Sac is 300 metres from Dobrota seafront and 500 metres from the nearest supermarket. The apartment has an allocated car parking space and access to the communal swimming pool set within landscaped gardens.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK pounds and EUR. Tourist tax must be paid by all visitors entering Montenegro. The rate is approx 80 cents per night, per adult and 50 cents per night, per child. My agent will collect this tax from you when they take you to the apartments. Apartment is available for short lets, min 4 nights subject to availability. The apartment is also available for long lets.
Changeover day
Check-out time will be no later than 11am and check-in no earlier than 3pm, this allows sufficient time for the apartment to be cleaned and made ready for your stay.

Notes on accommodation
Car parking spaces are provided. The apartment includes TV (please note that satellite and local TV channels not provided), DVD Player and DVD's. West facing terrace (with tables and chairs), perfect for watching the yachts and cruise liners glide into the bay while the sun sets.
Accessibility
The 1 bed apartment is located in the front building on the ground floor. No smoking. No pets. Access to the apartment may not be suitable for people with walking disabilities as there are steps throughout the development. The pool area is not closed off, therefore children must be accompanied by an adult at all times around that area. Kotor Apartments does not hold any responsibility in the event of any accidents to guests.
Outside
The apartment has unobstructed views and west facing terrace. The development has been landscaped and has a large communal swimming pool (12x5m). Sun loungers are provided around the pool area. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult at all times around the pool area. Kotor Apartments does not hold any responsibility in the event of any accidents within the apartments or at Boka Heights development.
Coast/Beach
Facilities for swimming and sunbathing on the bay are only 300 metres from the apartments. Or for a more secluded spot, why not take a drive around the bay where you will find plenty of places to relax and swim. If beaches are more your thing, a 15 min drive will take you to Zanjice Beach or Blue Horizon beach on the Lustica Peninsula or spend the day at Jaz Beach topping up your tan then head off to Budva for a cocktail and watch the sun go down.
Skiing
Montenegro has 2 ski resorts: Kolasin and Zabljak. Although both resorts may not have as many ski runs as its more established European neighbours, it still provides something for every skier. How many countries can boast a climate where you can ski in the morning and only 2 hours drive away you could be on the beach sunbathing?
Special interest holidays
The Tara Canyon, 2nd deepest in the world, can provide plenty of things to do for even the most active outdoor sports enthusiast and thrill seeker. Whitewater rafting, climbing, walking and horse riding can all be had in the most spectacular setting.
Travel
Dubrovnik from UK with: Thomsonfly (May - October), Easyjet, BA, Croatia airlines and Flybe. Hire cars available at Tivat and Dubrovnik airports. Once at Dubrovnik it takes approx 15 mins to get to the border (turn left when leaving the airport), then a further 45 mins drive to Kotor. Either drive around the fjord and soak up the spectacular scenery or take the ferry from Bijela to Lepetane.
Distances
Which ever direction you choose to take from Dobrota you will find places of interest. The beautiful Venetian town of Kotor is 5 min drive away or take a 15 min drive along the bay to the beautiful town of Perast with its famous islands or 30 min to Sveti Stefan (famed for both its beauty and the film stars that used to relax here). Budva for nightlife and partying is only 15 min drive away. The old capital Cetinje is 1 hour away. Tara Canyon is 2 hours drive. Or just drive and explore...
Further details
The apartment is available for weekly lets (short stays and long lets are subject to availability, 4 nights min). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. No pets. On arrival in Kotor, you will be met by an English-speaking agent who will show you to the apartment and answer any questions. Please advise the managements company of any travel delays as soon as possible. The management company can provide a pick-up and/or drop-off service to and from the airport (price upon request). An information pack will be provided along with a free bottle of local wine.

A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required. Balance of payment to be made 4 weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros refundable security deposit to be paid to local agent upon collection of keys to cover any damage to the apartment or furnishings. Payment can be made via Paypal, cheque or bank transfer to UK bank or local bank.

I just wanted to drop a quick email to thank you for a wonderful experience at you apartment. As a group, we had decided to go on a holiday that wasn't 'budget' or even worse, camping and had experienced some bad budget places before. I got a pat on the back from my friends as we walked in the door to find this amazing apartment! All four of us really enjoyed our stay and thought the apartment was just wonderful! It really was a little gem and very tastefully decorated. I still cannot believe how beautiful Montenegro is and have raved on about it since we got back home.
