Saturday is the preferred changeover day, please ask if you have a different requirement as we are flexible.
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning unit that doubles up as a heater should the nights get a little chilly. All bedlinen and towels provided free.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, not really suitable for wheelchair users as although the apartments are on the ground floor they are down a few steps from the swimming pool/communal area.
Outside
Shared pool and jacuzzi with loungers and umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
Becici sandy beach is approx 5-10 minutes walk away, lots of sand with ample restaurants and bars. Plenty of other beaches and coves are within 15 - 20 minutes drive e.g. Przno and world famous Sveti Stefan.
Skiing
Skiing is available within a 3 hour drive.
Special interest holidays
A long walk, or short drive, to Budva old town which is a beautiful walled town which now also houses some great shopping boutiques for the ladies. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Kotor is 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Tivat Airport is approx 20km away - 20 minutes by car/taxi, approx 15 euro taxi fare. Podgorica Airport is approx 50 km and Dubrovnik approx 120km. Flights to Tivat from UK are becoming more frequent, Montenegran Airlines now fly direct and Thomsons are starting from Summer 2009.
Distances
Budva is walkable down the beach promenade in about 20 minutes, literally 5 minutes in car/taxi. Plenty of car rental firms in Budva and we have agents on site who can help with any local arrangements.
Booking notes
Deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Also required at time of final payment is a damages deposit of 200 euros, or equivalent, returned at the end of your holiday subject to confirmation from our on site agent. Payment methods are cash, cheque or bank transfer - details available on request. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no charge, 4-8 weeks - 50% refund, 2-4 weeks - 25% refund, 0-2 weeks - No refund.

The apartment was very nice. The complex was good. A guy called Sasha was very helpful. He seemed to be looking after the management of the complex.
I'd recommend Montenegro to people. It's a beautiful beautiful place and the weather was great. Thanks for your help and if I hear of anyone wanting to on holiday to Becicci, I'll be telling them to contact you. Gill.

About the owner
We live in the UK in the Midlands, I'm originally from South Wales and my wife is from this area of the UK. We bought the apartments in Montenegro as our son-in-law is from Bosnia and we went to Montenegro on a holiday with his family a few years ago and basically fell in love with the place, the people and climate are fantastic and we keep going back. We never thought we'd ever buy property abroad but this place is so beautiful and the fact that we now have family ties here it gives us a base for when we visit.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The area is just beautiful, fantastic beach and sea, hotels and restaurants nearby are still good value for money. Budva which is only 10 minute drive away is a lovely walled town, with again some great restaurants and good shopping for the ladies.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartments are very close to the beach. Great for the children and the adults as there are also lots of restaurants to take advantage of. Many people go to Croatia for their holidays but it's more expensive there, stay in our beautiful apartments and relax in Montenegro!
