This charming flat was completely renovated in 2006. It is on the top level of the building with unobstructed southward facing views of the Boka Kotorska. One bedroom and living room face the sea. The second bedroom has breathtaking mountain views. There is a common garden with orange trees that provides a shaded sanctuary. The flat is located steps from the sea in the center of Perast, the town considered to be the jewel of the bay.

Notes on accommodation
This property is very suitable for families with children, but also perfect for a couple on their own. Must navigate steps; sorry, no wheelchair access available. For cooler months, there flat is equipped with a bathroom heater and a space heater.

Shared garden with sitting area. The real beauty is the seaside, which is only steps away!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is in Perast and, like virtually all beaches in Montenegro, is fine gravel/rocks. From flat, can walk to the sea in 30 seconds or less!
Travel
Dubrovnik airport (90 minutes). Tivat airport (30 minutes) has daily flights from Belgrade and a direct flight on summer Saturdays from Heathrow. A car is not essential, but recommended if you would like to explore other towns along the bay. Car hire can be arranged as well as transport to and from the airport.
Distances
Nearest shop - a small grocery store is 30 seconds away. Places of interest include the walled towns of Kotor (30 minutes) and Dubrovnik (90 minutes) as well as the beaches and mountains (Orijen and Lovcen are both over 5,000ft)
Further details
Cashpoint, full service grocery and petrol station are located 3km away in Risan. There are several restaurants on the sea in Perast, as well as other fine restaurants along the Bay within 10km each direction.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Payment of the balance is due 4 weeks before start of let. A refundable security deposit of 150 euros payable in cash is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
