The studio is spacious, 35 sq.m. It is located at the main road leading to Cetinje with provided parking and possibility to walk to the sandy beach, using the stairs short cut. It takes only 5 minutes.

Changeover day
Arrival time is flexible. On the departure the guests need to leave the apartment untill 12.00 hours, because of cleaning and the next arrival.

Accessibility
The studio is located on the main road with parking directly in front of the entrance door. Balcony is facing the sea and is surrounded by nice olive trees, 2 floors above ground level.
Outside
The balcony has nice postion and nice views. It is equipped with table and chairs, and can be very well used. There is a morning sun, which shines through the olive tree branches.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Becici is only 5 minutes walk away, using the stairs way. This is one of the nicest beach on the Riviera of Budva, which dispose of over 20 beaches. Though you can try various beaches. On all the beaches parasoles and laying chairs are provided.
Skiing
In April is possible to stay on the coast and to drive to Kolasin, the nearest ski centre, which is only 3 hours away.
Travel
The closest airport is in Tivat. Although is possible to land also on apt Podgorica (1 hour drive) or apt Dubrovnik (Croatia - 2 hours drive).
Distances
The old town Budva is reachable on foot (using the walking path along the beach) in 20 minutes, or by car - only 2-5 minutes, by taxi or line bus - 5-10 minutes.
The town Kotor is 20 minutes drive away, Petrovac - 15 minutes drive, all along the coast. There are lot of rent-a-car agencies on disposal in Budva for those who want to discover the area on their own.
Further details
Becici is independent summer resort. There are lot of restaurants (mainly fish or pizzerias) along the beach, post office - 10 minutes walk, supermarket and bakery- 5 minutes walk, taxi service. All bigger shops and banks with bank machines are in Budva.
There is a town tax for all the tourists according to the law of Montenegro:
1.00 Eur per person / day / net - for all persons over 18 years
0.50 eur per person / day / net - for all children from 12 to 18 years.
There is also registration fee for the above of 3 euros per person.
Booking notes
Deposit of 30% is required to be paid on bank account as soon as possible to enssure the reservation. Once you confirm your reservation, you shall receive all the bank details with payment instruction. The rest is to bepaid upon your arrival in cash.
