Prices are for the property in euros per day. 10% discount is available for booking more units for the same period, or one unit for longer period of time. In winter time price is from 250 euros - 400 euros per month.

Changeover day is as flexible as possible.

Studio apartment is equipped with double bed, fully equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with shower unit. It has a lovely terrace with stunning views of the sea, passing sail boats and surrounding mountains. Terrace is also covered and has patio table and 4 chairs.

Notes on accommodation
All apartments are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning units, TV and DVD player. Clean linen and towels are provided, but you should bring your own beach towels.

Outside
All terraces have tables, chairs and provide extensive views of the mountains or the sea. All have sun for the large part of the day.

Coast/Beach
Great swimming in the warm and safe bay water. Our village has many small beaches and stone jetties along the shore. The blue flag beach of Plavi Horizonti, ideal for children is just 10 minutes drive away and many others delightful hidden rocky coves on the quiet Lustica peninsular.

Travel
Tivat, Montenegro's own coastal international airport is just 10 mins away and we can organize transfer if necessary. The property can be reached easily from Dubrovnik airport just over the Croatian border via non-stop ferry crossing between Kamenari and Lepetane. It is only 90 mins drive. We can advise on hire cars or airport transfers at discounted rates.

Distances
The UNESCO protected Old Town Kotor is just 15 mins away by car. Other wonderful places like the walled town of Budva or the UNESCO protected village of Perast are a 30 mins drive away. The National parks can be visited in a couple of hours, and Europe's longest and deepest canyon carrying Tara river can be reached in a day.

Further details
Eating out is a real pleasure with everything available from the smaller cafes to famous water mill restaurants all providing exquisite local seafood and further specialities all at reasonable prices. The national produced beer and wine is of exceptional quality.

Booking notes
50% of rental is required by bank transfer on confirmation of booking. Balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
