Double sofa bed in living room along with stereo TV and DVD/CD. Wireless internet available on request. Dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom has one double bed with separate balcony. Also large 3 door fitted wardrobe and two bedside cabinets each with free standing lamps. Bathroom has fitted shower, hand basin and integrated WC with vanity mirror, shaving points, heater and shelves . Utility Room has a washing machine and iron/ironing board. Kitchen with Gronje double fridge/freezer, fully fitted Gronje oven/overhead fan with separate hob. Fully fitted with work surfaces for cooking and kettle along with full utensils. Garden has a pool and splash shower with stunning views of the bay, along with terraces and sun decks.

Both apartments have air-conditioning/heater unit and each has its own private, on site, allocated parking space marked with the apartment number.
Accessibility
Not accessible for wheelchair use.
Outside
Shared pool and showers set in a landscaped garden area overlooking the fjord. The pool is heated from May to October.
Coast/Beach
The apartments are 25 metres from the shore line where swimming is available.
Travel
Tivat International airport is a 15 minute drive. Dubrovnik airport is 90 minutes away. Ferries from Bari in Italy run to Bar daily. Buses from shore line hourly and excellent local taxis are available. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Kotor old town 15 minutes walk away. Local shops and restaurants in the village.
Further details
Towels and linen provided. Beach towels will need to be brought. A cleaning service between lets will be provided. Airport transfer is available on request. Kotor has several banks and ATM machines as well as cafes, restaurants and individual shops dotted around the cobbled streets. Tours to all sightseeing destinations can be booked at the Tourist office in the main square. Bicycles and boats can be hired.
