Kotor old town is 15mins away by car, or take the local bus and enjoy the wonderful sights of the bay. From the apartments you can see the entrance of Kotor Bay. From Apartment 1 there are views of the two island churches in the bay. Close to restaurants and two local convenience stores.

The apartment is up stairs. Though not steep, it would not be suitable for wheelchair users.

Coast/Beach
Swim anywhere you wish along the bay, including straight out from the little pier across from the apartments. Otherwise there is a beautiful shallow beach with pebbles at each end of the bay, approximately 5 minutes walk to each. Both beaches are shallow with clear water, making swiming a treat for both adults and children.
Travel
Halfway between Herceg Novi and Kotor, 60 mins drive from Dubrovnik airport and 30 mins drive from Tivat airport. 2 hours from Podgorica.
Distances
Kotor Old Town, 15 minutes by car. Coastal town of Budva which boasts one of the best ocean beaches in Montenegro, situated beyond Kotor Bay further around the Adriatic Coast, 30mins. Sveti Stefan (St. Stefan), once a fishermen's village, and today a famous city-hotel, 40mins.
Further details
There are 2 local shops within walking distance, at least 5 restaurants and several bars, including the 'must visit' Pirate bar located right at the end of the bay and situated on the beach. Banks and tourist shops are located in Kotor, 15 mins drive.
