Situated in the peaceful fishing village of Orahovac renowned for it's long sunny days, clear seas and of course the 400 hundred year old oak tree. The apartment can offer a holiday of total relaxation or it can be used as a base for visiting other places of interest eg. Kotor, Perast, Tivat and Budva. All within easy driving distance. There is a beautiful granite mountain backdrop to the apartment and a three minute walk takes you to the gently sloping, white-pebble/shingle beach. The calm, clear water is ideal for family swimming and there is a small hotel on the edge of the beach providing meals and refreshments. Private parking space is provided at the front of the building.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by one flight of stairs. It does not have any specific disabled aids.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a short 3 minute walk from the apartment. There is a cafe at one end, and a small hotel. The white pebbled/shingle beach is fringed with trees providing shade from the sun.
Travel
Dubrovnik's Cilipi airport is a 90 minute drive from the apartment and Tivat airport is a 30 minute drive. Car hire is recommended to visit the surrounding areas. This can be arranged locally.
Distances
The following are places of interest within easy driving distance of the apartment and the times taken to get there - Kotor 15 mins, Perast 30 mins, Tivat 30 mins, Budva 1 hour (could take up to 1hr 30mins during Jul/Aug) and Stari Mlini (The Old Mill) restaurant 15 mins.
Further details
There are two small shops in Orahovac providing most basic needs. Tasty local dishes are served at the nearby cafe. The Amfora hotel, situated on the beach, has a fine restaurant, bar and fitness suite. On the road to Kotor there are several supermarkets as well as banks, cash machines, cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. For a special treat - pay a visit to the excellent Stari Mlini restaurant expensive by local standards but a very enjoyable experience. Kotor - considered to be the most beautiful place in Montenegro is one place you must visit. With its narrow cobbled streets, cathedral, museum, elegant piazzas, numerous shops and bars you can walk around for hours and still find something new. The square is a great place to relax, have a coffee or beer and watch the world go by. At night the mountains behind Kotor are illuminated with bright lights - a spectacular site. Perast - A wonderful town for walking, exploring or visiting churches and museums. Although there is no beach you can sunbathe by the many jetties or relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere in one of the restaurants or in the cafe bar. There are short boat trips to the Benedictine Monastery and the Baroque Church on the two small islands. Well worth a visit. Tivat - is a garden city. The town park is blooming with exotic plants, so if there's a botanist in the family Tivat's a must. Or if you simply want to chill out and watch the world go by Tivat promenade is the place to be. Budva - has a vast number of beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants and is a bustling holiday destination. One of the most beautiful parts of Budva is citadela, the fortification of the old castle. It houses a museum and a large terrace gives a great view of the entire city. Budva is the late night spot of the coastal towns - an overnight stay is worth considering. Other attractions of Montenegro are the National Parks and the spectacular scenery which can be viewed from the many mountain roads.

20% deposit secures booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before holiday commencement date. NB If balance is not paid by this date the deposit will not be refunded and the booking will be considered cancelled.
