Located within easy walking distance is a supermarket, bakery, grocery and butchers. There are a range of cafes, bars and restaurants offering a wide choice of food to suit all ages and price brackets.

Changeover day can be flexible as can your arrival time. Note: Keys can be collected from our Agent (Montenegro Living) during office hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri, 9-1 Sat) Outside of these times there will be an additial charge of 20Euro.

Living Rooms: Lounge/Dining Area: Sea views, comprising of corner sofa, TV and DVD player, air-conditioning, dining table seating up to 4, window and patio doors to front balcony with views across the bay, tiled flooring.
Other: Private parking to the rear of the apartment.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bedlinen, tea towels and bath towels (except beach towels) provided. Cleaning of apartment and linen/towels changed weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking apartment. Baby equipment (ie: cot/high chair) are available for hire at an additional cost, and subject to availability by our Agent.

We are continually adding to the book and DVD collection, and please feel free to borrow these during your stay. We also provide playing cards and domino's! There is also a hairdryer.

Coast/Beach
The beach is directly to the front of the property, where you can swim and sunbathe. There are sunbeds available to hire at a cost of 2euro per day. You can also go fishing on the nearby jetty.

Travel
Easily accessible from most international airports. Montenegro Airlines have launched flights from London Gatwick direct to Tivat airport (from June 2008). Transfer time 30 mins drive/ferry ride. Direct flights also avaiilable to Durbrovnik Airport from London Gatwick/Luton/Birmingham/Heathrow which is approx 45 mins transfer time. Full directions will be supplied on booking.

Nearest village: Denovici - 10 minutes walk along the seafront
Nearest town: Herceg Novi - 8km via the coast road by car/public transport.

Further details
There is a wealth of bars, restaurants and cafes all along the seafront. There are numerous interesting day trips either by boat to historical islands, caves and towns such as Kotor, Heceg Novi etc or by coach to Dubrovnik. The apartment is managed by an English speaking agent, who can help you find your way around.

Please note: If you are hiring a car and are planning to stay during July or August, then the coast road immediately outside the apartment is closed to all traffic from 9am - 9pm daily. However you can leave your car in the nearby supermarket and walk to the apartment which is 2minutes along the seafront.

Booking notes
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 6 weeks before your stay upon which clients will receive full directions. On arrival to the apartment a £100/150 euro refundable deposit is required to cover any material damage.

Booking Prices - All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Any conversion bank charges are to be paid by the guest.

Insurance: Ensure you take out travel insurance for the duration of your stay.
